GoogleWe would not hesitate to recommend Anthony Pepe. They are simply a fantastic estate agents in North London. Anthony Pepe went above and beyond to help us with our first house purchase. We had a couple of viewings in the area with Anthony Pepe and in each case, Andy was super accommodating and communicative with us. Listening to the very optimistic criteria for our first home. Having scoured the area looking for somewhere within budget (and failing), we arrived very late to a view this property on a rainy Friday night. Andy waited for us and displayed such enthusiasm that we took a shine to a property we would not have previously considered. Andy offered potential renovation ideas and inspired us to think about how we could make the space our own. We immediately asked for a viewing the next day and the team managed to squeeze us in. Again super patient when our parents were stuck in traffic and late. Josh again gave us comfort in the potential and showed enthusiasm to help us secure the property. After deciding to go with putting an offer in on the property, Andy was realistic and knowledgeable of the process. After a few negotiations, we managed to secure it. In order to benefit from the interest rate rise we had to move quickly, instructing solicitors the same day. Andy suggested a great firm to us and we locked in the mortgage rate that day. Thereafter, Samantha was regularly checking in with us (and the seller) to help move this along. When we expressed a keen push to get this to close before Christmas, Samantha stepped in and made it happen. We will not hesitate to recommend Anthony Pepe to friends - and already have to friends in the area! Thank you so very much to the team for helping make our dreams to get on the property ladder come true!

I have been using AP for several years to manage my properties and find them professional, courteous and willing to go the extra mile to assist: nothing is too much. In particular, Stephanie and her team reduce the stress of being a landlord and makes my life a lot easier. She co-ordinates and manages any issues that may arise and makes sure that the transition between old and new tenants is seamless. Gavin was very helpful in finding me a property that was very suitable for me as I have been looking for more than 6 months. The fact that he was able to show me a property that suits me so well depicts the level of care he shows to his clients. His professionalism and openness is unmatched! GooglePaolo and Andy gave their all to market and sell my flat. The flat sale was launched just after the disastrous Truss/Kwarteng budget - so during challenging times. This did not deter Paolo and Andy. They used their skills and knowledge to ensure that the best sale price was achieved. I don’t think I would have had the same outcome with another estate agent.

GoogleVery pleased to have sold quickly for what we feel is a very reasonable price to very reasonable people. We liked the system employed by Anthony Pepe where the buyers are asked for a deposit to secure the property initially. It gave us a sense of security at a time when our family was going through bereavement as did the confident experienced and professional way that Anthony Pepe staff responded promptly to our needs.
