After the sale was initially agreed, there were a number of tricky hurdles to get through (as it wasn't a straightforward transaction) - The sales team were very proactive in troubleshooting and finding solutions (including liaising directly with various third parties) in order to get the deal over the line.
Very quick to reply and easy to communicate with them, which was helpful on a transaction that had a few unexpected twists.

I was supposed to have a viewing at 11am today which was booked a few days ago . I made my way all the way to harringay which was an 1hr and 10 mins journey, my train being cancelled along the way . Only to find out my viewing was cancelled and apparently Lauren was supposed contacted everybody . Clearly this was not the case because I was not contacted in anyway . I’m am beyond frustrated. Do not use their services. The lack of unprofessional is shocking. They have all these good reviews on their website that they probably write themselves. If you want to save your time DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES , THEY ARE FRAUDULENT!

Josh, the manager at Crouch End, was always there, responsive, quick to communicate, and willing to listen to any issues that came up around the sale. At no point did he make me feel railroaded into making a decision I was not happy with. He was able to offer empathy when the first buyer withdrew for lack of funds and to get the process going again, with consistent effort throughout the various ups and downs of the process. Finally getting ot the point of completion - at no point did I feel Josh's interest wane even when juggling many other sales as well.
The team was responsive and clearly well led by Josh making a very effective unit together.
I am very grateful to the staff at Anthony Pepe for sticking with it and seeing my sale through to final completion. Many thanks!

He was great in chasing them up and keeping things moving. When there were any issues, he was pro active at finding solutions. Also great in dealing with people. When he was on holiday, Andy would take over and he did a great job in keeping things moving forward.

Aaron managed to sell our house no less than four times during this process after several chains fell through. His determination and kindness throughout the process, as well as the support provided by the excellent, efficient office team and management has been incredible.
One of the (many!) buyers he secured even said to us directly how Aaron was the best agent, in terms of showing them around our property and his knowledge of it, that they had ever come across. GoogleThe lettings manager, Loui, at Harringay has been absolutely exceptional. My friends and I were struggling to find a three bedroom furnished house at our desired price range. Loui showed us a recently renovated, part furnished four bed. Unfortunately, it was over budget for the three of us. But, Loui acted as a negotiator with the landlords to come up with an affordable rent agreement so that the three of us could move in. In addition, on move in day, not only did he and another colleague help us move but he arranged for some additional furniture to be delivered. I never write reviews but Loui is so deserving of the 5 stars. I would recommend him to anyone looking to find a place or looking to get your place rented especially in the current economy! GoogleWe were lucky to meet Anna when we went in to Pepe Anthony in person after seeing a flat on Rightmove. Anna showed us the flat we first spotted as soon as she got keys, this first flat wasn't quite right for us but Anna got a great idea of what we wanted.
Anna then showed us to our perfect flat a week or so later. She got us in for first viewing and aided us through the negotiation and signing phase. Anna was calm, kind and very organised and reassuring. We really appreciated her style and expertise. Thanks Anna!
