I have enjoyed a fantastic service from Anthony Pepe. I have now utilised their rental services for coming up to 3 years and over that period my home has been constantly let. Rent has been paid on time direct into my account and I am sent periodic reports regarding the condition of my property. Staff are always courteous and provide an extremely personal service, examples are when the property is need of repair they contact me by phone and let me have a range of options, costs are always competitive (and not loaded) and I am always consulted through the entire process so no surprises. In summary, they are a professional outfit who are extremely community focused and provide a good personal service and make me feel like a valid customer.

I am an experienced landlord with a considerable property portfolio. I am used to finding tenants on my own but due to a medical problem in my family, I was unable to devote enough time to letting one of my properties. I needed a reliable agency to take care of my lettings needs and find tenants of a certain calibre that would satisfy my strict requirements. Anthony Pepe ticked all the boxes – Lauren and the Team showed great compassion when they heard about my personal circumstances. They worked quickly to meet my needs, so I could focus on other things. They conducted numerous viewings and kept me updated all the time. The tenants they found were extremely nice, easy-going people and were moved in within a short space of time. What impressed me most was Anthony Pepe’s knowledge and experience of the market. They made me feel confident in their ability and the tenants they introduced were exactly the type of tenants I would have found. It genuinely felt that they were my business partner, not just my estate agent. This made Anthony Pepe stand out from other agencies I have worked with and their fee was also very fair. Lauren and the rest of the Team showed excellent customer care throughout my dealings with them – you will not find more courteous staff and they made my decision to work with them again a very easy one.

Both calm and energetic - a winning combo

I write this as a buyer, not a seller, so I know that technically Susan wasn't acting on my behalf - which is what made all her effort even more welcome. For starters she gave us a very warm and jolly tour round the property that ended up being our flat. She was honest and laid back, very different to the negative stereotypes of estate agents, particularly those who (unlike Susan) work for big chains. We felt respected and valued throughout the tour and subsequent offer for the property, which was all tied up with a minimum of fuss. We had a relatively short chain of only two properties and three interested parties, but these things always get fraught regardless of apparent simplicity, and our chain was the same. Nothing major, but when you're buying a house these minor things can seem massive and all-important until they're resolved, and Susan managed them all very well. Calm, reasonable and, vitally, always contactable. These three qualities are both valuable and rare and Susan saved us a lot of grief. We moved in to our new flat last week and Susana has continued to be helpful even after the purchase went through - a further testament to her professionalism. She unequivocally gets my vote as an excellent agent.

When I first met Susan I was very surprised to encounter such a brilliant enthusiastic and friendly estate agent. I instantly warmed to her professional yet personable style. Contrary to belief on estate agents in general, she has the personality and negotiating skills that is required for this kind of job. Excellent service, achieved market value in days.

We received an excellent service from Anthony Pepe. We had market appraisals for both selling and for letting as we were initially undecided as one of us wanted to sell the property and the other wished to let it; Ben and Martin were both extremely helpful and we were never pressured to make a decision or proceed to instruction. We eventually decided to sell and Ben got the property to market as soon as we were ready. The quality of their marketing was superb, the photographs, floorplans and descriptions really made our property stand out. We had hundreds of views on Rightmove and twenty bookings for an 'open hour' on a Saturday from which we had several asking price offers. We went to highest bids and achieved several offers significantly above asking price. We were very confident with James handling negotiations with our buyer and when our initial purchaser got cold feet after a few days James secured excellent offers from the other bidders within hours. James was always proactive and helpful and kept us informed throughout what became a rather protracted and stressful exchange and completion due to our buyer having problems getting his mortgage processed. We highly recommend Anthony Pepe we would certainly use them again if we had a property to sell. Also they were very competitive on commission, obviously we had beeen to other agents for comparisons. Very good service

I can highly recommend Anthony Pepe and in particular I have worked with Martin for some years in letting my Highbury Stadium flat. He has always found me excellent tenants and he remembers even small details about my flat. He is helpful when it comes to getting repairs done and he goes the extra mile to arrange show rounds for prospective tenants. I have been very happy with the rental income that Anthony Pepe has achieved and their paperwork on the legal side is super efficient.

Anthony Pepe have been absolutely amazing in helping us to sell our flat. I can't recommend them more highly. House selling and buying can be incredibly stressful but they were there every step of the way to support us and to help smooth over the process. They were always polite, respectful and available, answering the phone or emails promptly and helpfully. Although I imagine that they have a hectic workload they also always made time for us, made us feel like we mattered and that we were important to them. Their attitude suggested they were not just concerned about making money from the sale of our flat but that they genuinely cared about finding us a good buyer and helping us find a new home also. I have been extremely satisfied with the level of service received to date. I bought a flat through Anthony Pepe after a pretty laborious search process in which I used plenty of other agents. They were definitely one of the best I dealt with. James Richmond was my point of contact there and he was friendly, helpful and not at all pushy (some other agents can be really irritatingly so in my experience). He seemed to quickly get an understanding of what I was after and not waist time taking me to properties that wouldn't interest me (again something other agents can do). I suppose importantly though he kept me in the loop of new properties coming onto the market and was very patient with me being picky. Also after a purchase episode went wrong they seemed to genuinely go the extra mile for me to sort out another flat very quickly, for which I am very gratefully. During the purchase they were helpful and quick to respond to any queries. So on the whole I was happy with the service they provided.
