Susan has great enthusiasm and professionalism and exactly the type of people skills needed to negotiate successfully between buyer and seller. Buying and selling is always fraught and chains are the norm - so having Susan with the skills to navigate successfully through this was invaluable from my point of view as a seller. GoogleWe were really pleased with how smoothly our sale went through, thanks to Anthony Pepe. We had a photographer round on the Monday, our listing was up late Tuesday and we then had 17 viewings lined up for the Saturday! We went away for the weekend and by the following Tuesday we had 4 offers. The logistics alone would have been too much for us to take on ourselves and we felt we were in very safe, experienced, professional hands with Andy and Paulo. The advice on pricing was spot on and we took their advice on recommended solicitors, who also did a great job. We have already recommended Anthony Pepe to friends and would not hesitate to use them again.
