Throughout this whole process I found Anthony Pepe to be professional and helpful.
Nasia Ambrosiou is an asset to Anthony Pepe. Being a first time buyer, I didn't have a clue what I was doing. Nasia was always quick to reply to my messages, explain things clearly, keep me in the loop and guide me to the next steps. She ensured no stone was unturned and always kept things moving forward leading to a very quick purchase process. She was able to successfully price negotiate on my behalf and always facilitated my demands, for example viewing the property even at late notice.
She was always happy to speak to my parents when I was busy at work and even delivered the keys to my dads place of work-going above and beyond in my opinion.

From our initial contact through the organising of viewings and handling all the various up and downs in the process the Harringay Anthony Pepe team did a thoroughly professional job. They held it all together most importantly finding us buyers who were serious, not flaky or playing silly games. Then linking up with the rest of the chain. Through what was quite a stressful process due to factors higher up the chain, the AP team were patient, reassuring, proactive and diligent. This is not to be taken for granted in this profession. I am an experienced landlord with a considerable property portfolio. I am used to finding tenants on my own but due to a medical problem in my family, I was unable to devote enough time to letting one of my properties. I needed a reliable agency to take care of my lettings needs and find tenants of a certain calibre that would satisfy my strict requirements. Anthony Pepe ticked all the boxes – Lauren and the Team showed great compassion when they heard about my personal circumstances. They worked quickly to meet my needs, so I could focus on other things. They conducted numerous viewings and kept me updated all the time. The tenants they found were extremely nice, easy-going people and were moved in within a short space of time. What impressed me most was Anthony Pepe’s knowledge and experience of the market. I write this as a buyer, not a seller, so I know that technically Susan wasn't acting on my behalf - which is what made all her effort even more welcome. For starters she gave us a very warm and jolly tour round the property that ended up being our flat. She was honest and laid back, very different to the negative stereotypes of estate agents, particularly those who (unlike Susan) work for big chains. We felt respected and valued throughout the tour and subsequent offer for the property, which was all tied up with a minimum of fuss.
We had a relatively short chain of only two properties and three interested parties, but these things always get fraught regardless of apparent simplicity, and our chain was the same. Nothing major, but when you're buying a house these minor things can seem massive and all-important until they're resolved, and Susan managed them all very well. Calm, reasonable and, vitally, always contactable. These three qualities are both valuable and rare and Susan saved us a lot of grief.
We moved in to our new flat last week and Susana has continued to be helpful even after the purchase went through - a further testament to her professionalism. She unequivocally gets my vote as an excellent agent.

We received an excellent service from Anthony Pepe. We had market appraisals for both selling and for letting as we were initially undecided as one of us wanted to sell the property and the other wished to let it; Ben and Martin were both extremely helpful and we were never pressured to make a decision or proceed to instruction. We eventually decided to sell and Ben got the property to market as soon as we were ready. The quality of their marketing was superb, the photographs, floorplans and descriptions really made our property stand out. We had hundreds of views on Rightmove and twenty bookings for an 'open hour' on a Saturday from which we had several asking price offers. We went to highest bids and achieved several offers significantly above asking price. We were very confident with James handling negotiations with our buyer and when our initial purchaser got cold feet after a few days James secured excellent offers from the other bidders within hours. James was always proactive and helpful and kept us informed throughout what became a rather protracted and stressful exchange and completion due to our buyer having problems getting his mortgage processed.
We highly recommend Anthony Pepe we would certainly use them again if we had a property to sell. Also they were very competitive on commission, obviously we had beeen to other agents for comparisons.

He has always found me excellent tenants and he remembers even small details about my flat.
