2026: I originally reviewed Anthony Pepe 4 years ago. I’m updating this review following more recent dealings in 2025/26. Theodora at AP, handled a property compliance matter (EICR and PAT testing) for my flat over a difficult period spanning December and early January 26. The work required coordination between tenants, engineers and external vendors under time pressure. Throughout, she was professional, responsive and practical, proactively arranging access, exploring alternative engineers to avoid delays, and keeping me clearly informed at each stage. Her communication and coordination materially reduced friction and made a complex process far easier to manage. 2022 review: Professional, Supportive & Available. Always kept me up to date on viewings and felt they looked after my interests rather than their own. Understood market conditions and made recommendations based on that and my needs.

We recently bought a house in Harringay via Anthony Pepe and received great support from the team throughout the transaction. When arranging viewings, the team was very responsive and set up back to back appointments over a weekend for us, even driving us from one property to the next. After we put and offer in, the team was present, and helped in ironing out some misunderstanding between the two sets of lawyers. Friendly staff and very responsive - a good experience start to finish.

We were very impressed with our experience with Andy Loizou at Anthony Pepe. We had previously tried to sell the flat with a different estate agents and hadn't had a very positive experience so we were nervous to embark on the process again but it was completely different experience with Andy. From the start Andy was really clear on his recommendations to ensure we successfully sold the property in the shortest amount of time possible, for a realistic price. Andy was extremely knowledgeable about the market and gave us good advice on pricing, while always supporting our decisions as the home owners. The photos taken / marketing was very high quality and all of this resulted in a high level of viewings and numerous offers on the table within a couple of weeks. We were thrilled! Throughout the sale process (which had it's inevitable challenges!) Andy was always extremely approachable, responsive and helpful in resolving any challenges we faced. Well done Gavyn and team. We just sold our house through the Palmers Green team during a bad market. We had had a sale fall through with another estate agent and had already offered on our next place so found ourselves in a very tough position of having to possibly walk away from the house we really wanted to buy. Gavyn and team got me another offer within three days. We did price the house lower than we’d hoped but with interest rates not moving easily, we knew that if we weren’t very competitive we might be waiting a while and we just wanted to move forward. Gavyn stayed engaged and on top of the deal through to completion and gave honest and sincere feedback. Overall top marks for these agents.
