GoogleLooking for support letting a property, we just happened to walk passed Savills in Harpenden. On a whim, we went in and met with Julian....in retrospect a great idea. He was immediately responsive to our needs and so we very quickly dropped any idea of going to other companies offering letting services.
Julian put in a lot of effort into guiding us through the process and was always available to discuss any issue.
He seems to understand the market very well and was able in a very short time to find us several good prospective tenants to choose from.
With Simone's support, it was impressive how quickly everything moved forwards including all the checks, certificates and inventory. Within a very short time we had tenants in the house.
