I used Savils to sell my mum’s house. The entire team in Harpenden were very helpful and supportive as I live at the other end of the country and was unable to be there very often. I whenever I called the office, everybody I spoke to was well informed and able to answer my queries. When problems arose lower down the chain I felt Savils were representing my interests and chased the agents and solicitor responsible for me. I would definitely recommend this estate agency for anyone looking to sell their property.

We recently got through all the various hurdles to finally succeed with Completion on the purchase of our new Dream Home in Harpenden. It's a Huge Personal leap - as we prepare for transitioning from our family Home in Crouch End North London, which we have always enjoyed since moving here in 1975. We are now overjoyed to be looking forward to settling for our retirement years near our Daughter's family & our precious Grandchildren - and sharing their delight with the friendly Village life which Harpenden offers, and which had also attracted us. We had been looking for a new house for quite a long time and finally found a property that was being marketed by Savills. Our contact was Kris who was exceptional - very friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. He guided us through the negotiations and legal side very well and helped to move things along when needed. He stayed in touch throughout the process and worked collaboratively with the other estate agents in the chain to make sure everything went smoothly. We also wanted to take an architect round to make sure we could do the work we wanted to do and Kris and the team were very accommodating and helpful. I was searching for a family home for a good while, being frustrated with other agents, I turned to Savills in Harpenden. I viewed a property with Kris Smith, unfortunately this property was not to my liking. Kris understood my requirements and soon after showed me another property, which I have just completed on. This all happened in a very turbulent time in the property market. Kris and all the other staff in the office kept me up to date, helped with anything I was unsure of and were at the end of the telephone when I needed them. I would like to recommend SAVILLS Harpenden as an excellent letting and management agency. They have always been extremely industrious in looking for suitable tenants and advising on their selection. If any repairs or replacement of items in the house is required they are always quick to make suitable arrangements. We currently live overseas so it is great that we can be confident that our house and tenants are being well looked after whilst we are far away.
