Throughout they were professional, kept me fully informed, and even in the current difficult economic times, somehow managed to get more viewers than all my previous agents put together. GoogleI wanted to take the time to write a review about my recent experience with savils. From the very start I found the whole process extremely well managed. I meet Ellie who showed me round the property and she was very professional and very helpful. She answered all my questions and was excellent at returning calls and emails and I always felt like I was In Good hands. I was also in contact with Simone who again was extremely helpful and very professional and she kept me updated on developments and also handed me the keys personally. she was always on point and i never felt like I had any issues with the process. I would like to give these two a well deserved five star review. I think they are a credit to savills and I would highly recommend them to friends and family

GoogleThere are times when you look back at decisions made and think that was a very wise choice... Choosing Savills and the excellent Harpenden team led by Kris was one of those. Their knowledge of the area and potential buyers meant the pricing was right, interested buyers were profiled and ready which meant an offer was accepted within 5 days and during those days we felt fully informed on each viewing (we had 8) Then we had lockdown and the associated challenges to contended with. Again the Savills team were brilliant at finding solutions and keeping a chain together. A great experience, a great outcome and a recommendation I’d not hesitate to make... With Savills, you'll get the right price, you'll maintain the right price, your stress levels will be kept low and your sale will make it to completion!

GoogleWe worked with Simone to secure a rental property in Harpenden. She was very responsive and went out of her way to help us (we were living overseas at the time so requires lots of additional support). I took off a star because the Savills process to prove your identity was a nightmare! They wanted paper copies of utility bills (who has those anymore?) and then refused one of my documents because it was addressed to a shortened version of my name that did not exactly match my passport. My husband had an ever harder time because none of the utility bills were in his name - so he sent an official letter from the United States Government which they would not accept!

Lynn’s excellent communications to keep the process moving through the ups and downs of purchasing have been highly professional. Buying a house can be a very stressful time but Lynn was always just a phone call away to give advice or help with the process and all done in a very professional and friendly manner.
