Her enthusiasm and total commitment, together with her belief in our unique and unusual property was instrumental in getting maximum exposure, many more viewings than similar properties and finally an excellent sale. GoogleHave now exchanged on my sale, which proved to be more protracted than anticipated, but throughout the difficulties all was well managed and dealt with by the very professional team at Savill's in Harpenden. I always felt that they were 'on the case' and re-assuring. Full marks must go to Kris Smith for his tenacity, perseverance and 'never say die' attitude in driving the process through to exchange and completion. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the committed and dedicated team at Savill's in Harpenden.

From the first contact nearly two years ago until the day I relinquished the tenancy on the 21st of January of this year,the Team at Savills have been exemplary , welcoming, efficient, informative and always prepared to share some of their precious time . Rebecca Hill led the way by a most comprehensive introduction , and this was consistently supported by useful and cheerful exchanges from Simone McClellan and Ryan Green. Holly Siddons for her part provided the welcoming touch being positioned nearest the Agency front entrance ! Without doubt the Team's approach made one feel at home, comfortably and securely so. I personally will miss the Team of Station Road. Savills' have chosen well but are also extremely fortunate to have such commendable staff as their advocates. We were initially greeted in our local Harpenden office with a warm welcome from the staff, which was pleasant considering we had our dog and children with us. This has set the tone for a very swift and professional service from Ryan and Simone. They took our requirements and provided us with consistent updates on our property search. Collective they have worked with the team to provide us with a property we are thrilled with , whilst ensuring a swift and uncomplicated transaction.

GoogleI relocated to the UK three years ago. I had no clue on how the home renting process works here. My company recommended Savills and I decided to follow such recommendation. So far I’d repeat blindly the same choice because I have been dealing with extremely serious professionals. I never had any issue with them, and all the time I had something to be sorted out they replied and took action in a very quick and efficient way. A special thanks goes to Faye Wilkin who was able to assist me in my communication with my landlord and helped me in a timely manner all the times I needed some help with logistics issues.

GoogleThe lettings team at Savills were very helpful and really supported us in trying to get a quick viewing of a property that we were really keen on. They put up with lots of questions from us and replied quickly to them all. Once we found a property we like, the team organising the tenancy agreement were not quite so on top of things and we had to chase a few times for the paperwork. That said, we moved in on time, with no hassle and I would definitely recommend :)

GoogleAs an executor I instructed Savills (Nick Ingle and Lynn Ellis) to sell a Tudor farmhouse with a range of outbuildings that needed work doing to them.We completed on 7th January 2020.Throughout the marketing and the sale Savills communicated really well, gave appropriate and helpful advice based on their experience and expertise , and retained a sense of humour. I consider we all pulled together and am most grateful for their professional,effective and courteous approach.
