She not only found amazing tenants for us, but went the extra mile to check everything went smoothly and we were always informed of any changes . She even helped put my bins out ,as I was away, before our tenants moved in ! - looking after us all the way .

GoogleThe office are great for finding properties, something I’ve done a few times. Both Rebecca Hill and Lynda Wright have been extremely helpful on multiple occasions. Maintenance needs are now managed centrally and is a bit more of a struggle, but they definitely try hard to resolve issues.

GoogleWe rented a property through Simone, and she was excellent. Even after we had agreed terms with the landlord, she remained in touch, and supported us through the move, even offering to pick up keys when we thought we might struggle to do so ourselves. Very impressive.

GoogleSavills were very helpful with every question we had and helped us in the entire process of moving to the new house. Also, the person who showed as the house, Ryan Green, helped us moving our new furniture to inside the house, which he didn't have to, but he gladly did.

GoogleDismissive and rude when we asked them about lettings to a group of professional sharers. "We just don't get landlords who are looking for sharers" - even when those sharers are willing to pay over the asking price? Might be worth *asking* your landlords rather than dismissing us out of hand.
