Frosts managed several rented properties in the apartment block I used to live in and from the perspective of an owner/occupier who occasionally had issues with tenants, I found Frosts very efficient and helpful to deal with, much better than their rival agents who I also sometimes had to deal with. If I were ever to consider renting my flat out, Frosts would be my first choice agent.

Awful Customer Service, I have move alot and have rented many properts before and have never been treated like this, they clearly dont care about there customers! When my shower broke property management were apauling, not to mention the crazy amount they charged for checking out of the property, something fishy going on there!! I Will not use Frosts again, and will not be recommending to friends.

Frosts advised me that I could get a higher price than the other agents quoted, by having an open day. After 9 viewings in one day I had 3 offers, and sold for higher than the asking price. Their fee's are higher than the other agents who quoted me, but you get what you pay for, and in the end I was happy to pay.

Sarah remained in contact with me every couple of days throughout the process, chased up vendors and solicitors where items were outstanding and in general went above and beyond - continuing to offer services and advice since completion. GoogleAbsolutely awful! They have no knowledge about their own properties they are marketing. The lettings department in particular are clueless. Would not recommend them!

In this particular instance we believe that you called when the Lettings Manager was unavailable and our colleague was very open and honest, as we would expect, and admitted that she had yet to visit the property and was therefore unable to categorically confirm the specific detail that you asked about. One of the worst agents I've dealt with. Having made an appointment view a property and driven 45 minutes I found out the property had already been let and we had not been told. Complete lack of disrespect, shameful service. Please avoid if you can. I would give them 0 zero stars if that was possible.
