GoogleWe moved into a rental from Woods. They were easy to deal with, comunicated with us well and we even had a gift box when we moved in with air fresheners around the house. Nice touch

GoogleStill to receive our deposit back, despite it exceeding the time stated in the contract. Deposit was also moved between different protection schemes during our tenancy without making us aware (illegal), which has made it very difficult to track down. Nobody seems to know the answer to anything at the branch, leaving ourselves to do all the chasing to get back the money we are owed. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I have to say, they made the whole process so easy from beginning to end, with regular, informative communications, and a personable, friendly and still professional service. We dealt with Kristina Kay who was fab: Engaging, friendly and kept us up to date every step of the way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Woods!

GoogleTaylor and her team are absolutely top notch. Having sold a flat with them recently I have been compelled to reconsider my somewhat jaded opinion of estate agents. If you are buying or selling property in the Portishead area I honestly cannot see why you would use anyone else. Friendly, efficient and knowledgable, these guys are great. Ten out of ten, gold star and Brownie points ’til Tuesday.

GoogleI recently found myself in a situation where I desperately needed a new place to rent and the team at Woods, Portishead have been amazing. They have been incredibly efficient and helpful, communication has been great and the service in general has been top notch. They’ve all been super friendly and welcoming whenever I’ve visited and really cant thank them enough for their efforts, especially Kristina and Gill!

GoogleDealing with Woods was a bit of a painful process, the information included in their listings isn’t always correct and even me pointing it out didn’t prompt any changes. We ended up withdrawing our offers a couple of months ago, yet I am getting voicemails from them offering their help in my property search, it’s exhausting! Not mentioning they actually sent me an email that contained someone’s mortgage information in error!

She was very helpful and assisted me with getting the application in quickly and explained the process. I would definitely recommend the letting service. They have been extremely helpful.
