Words cannot describe how happy I am with Woods; especially Jennifer Yeates. I had an awful experience with another agent in Briatol and needed to move in to a new property quickly. We recently moved from New York to Portishead for my Work. We had never even visited the town before but needed a house for our family. Kristina was absolutely amazing. When Chris Woodward came to work at Woods he energetically took up the problems I was experiencing with the flat I was renting and had them resolved quickly. It was a long standing problem so I was very grateful. He kept in contact with me throughout, letting me know progress which made me feel taken care of. Chris has a genuine interest in ensuring his clients (people renting) get the service they require. He provides the same service you would expect for a landlord.
