I went to woods estates agent in Portishead for local advice on the rental market as I was considering placing a recently renovated property with them.They provided expert advice and quickly found a tenant etc Unfortunately the tenant left the tenancy unexpectedly due to personal circumstances which left me in a difficult position fortunately they had encouraged me to obtain sufficient legal cover to ensure that I was able to recover the majority of my loss of rent and costs in a timely manner.Emily Smith from the Letting Team supported me throughout this process and was able to provide her expert advice and guidance in seeking new tenants.I would have no hesitation in recommending Woods for there property management or Emily for her professionalism in difficult circumstances.
