GoogleOverall great experience with Woods. In the current climate, housing chains are especially complicated but Tim was great at chasing everyone up and ensuring we were up to date. GoogleDealing with Woods was a bit of a painful process, the information included in their listings isn’t always correct and even me pointing it out didn’t prompt any changes. We ended up withdrawing our offers a couple of months ago, yet I am getting voicemails from them offering their help in my property search, it’s exhausting! Not mentioning they actually sent me an email that contained someone’s mortgage information in error!

GoogleI went to woods estates agent in Portishead for local advice on the rental market as I was considering placing a recently renovated property with them.They provided expert advice and quickly found a tenant etc Unfortunately the tenant left the tenancy unexpectedly due to personal circumstances which left me in a difficult position fortunately they had encouraged me to obtain sufficient legal cover to ensure that I was able to recover the majority of my loss of rent and costs in a timely manner.Emily Smith from the Letting Team supported me throughout this process and was able to provide her expert advice and guidance in seeking new tenants.I would have no hesitation in recommending Woods for there property management or Emily for her professionalism in difficult circumstances.

GoogleWoods were a breath of fresh air after a rather bad experience with another local estate agent. The team had my property photographed and listed within a matter of hours and on a Friday, to boot! They had a viewing organised for Monday which resulted in full offer of the rental price by a perfect candidate. As a Seafarer who is mainly out of the country I need a Letting Agent that I can trust to get on with the job. I was highly impressed by Beth and Chloe and will be recommending Woods to everyone I know.
