GoogleThis is the most diabolical firm that we have ever dealt with. They literally do nothing but stand in the way of progress. Not exactly sure what they take management fees for as they do absolutely NOTHING!!! Only gave 1 star as there wasn't an option for 0 stars!
Hi Carol. As mentioned in my email all maintenance/payments are dealt with by our main lettings hub and i supplied you with their direct contact number. We as the branch are solely responsible for finding you the best tenant possible and referencing them as well as moving them in and arranging the first months rent and deposit are paid. We successfully did all of the above in a short timescale and not once have we had any issues to date with either the tenant or yourself. Your problems are with another department so I'd advise you discuss it with them directly as this is an unfair representation of a very successful Hanley Branch.

GoogleHaving sold a property 20 years ago through Reeds Rains, we approached them recently on my mum’s behalf to sell her house. Tom came out to value the property and was able to advise and reassure us regarding the sale. Contacting the office has always been easy and everyone we have dealt with - from the office staff to the men putting up the boards - has been helpful, courteous and friendly. Reeds Rains have been very considerate of my mum’s age - from Tom offering to sit with her during viewings should she want support, to David who conducted the viewings so professionally on the open day and made my mum feel safe and reassured The house went on the market and was sold within a week - for the price advised by the company. We are hopeful that the rest of the process runs as smoothly

GoogleWe previously had our house on the market with other agents and didn't get any offers on our house in Leek. We contacted the Reeds Rains Hanley branch who sent out their Branch manager Tom. He arrived at our house prepared with a list of similar properties in our area and pin pointed the selling price and the strategy. He assured us we would sell the house in one week. This was not something we believed after previous attempts to sell it. How wrong we were. Tom had potential and screened clients lined up and held a viewing day and evening we sold the house within 1 week and 10k over the asking price. The office were always helpful, and reassuring and helped with all of the questions and administration. Don't take my word for it , give them a try like we did and we couldn't have been happier.
