We had an excellent experience as buyers. Sarah acted professionally and proactively in obtaining information and liaising between the seller, ourselves and our solicitors at all times. Bad customer service. person who is showing home doesn't know anything and would not answer simple question about house. and if you pay holding deposit and your circumstance don't allow you to continues Alex would not help you at all worst experience ever.

Lack of interest, poor communication, even when another agent collected the keys I didn't receive a call and to top it all off apparently they don't know where the deposit is kept - I wish there was an option for 0 stars.

Dont do it !!!! Very poor service, rude arrogant staff who never call back and ignore you when you try to call them unless you withhold your number. Massive 15k difference between their valuation and that of the mortgage company but they were not willing to fight that decision.
