I am going away with work for a long time and was recommended to use Reeds by a friend. Both Tom and Alex have been great! They will be fully managing my property while I’m away and the fully managed service that was explained to me has put my mind at ease, leaving me knowing my home will be in good hands. They’ve sorted everything they can do for me and have given brill advice for what they couldn’t. They also came to my house to take photos and discuss in further detail in just a couple of days from the initial contact. Would highly recommend, thanks Tom and Alex ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The biggest mistake of selling is picking them as an agency, especialy Thomas O'Brien as an agent, 7 months lost, I sold the house myself, I asked them to get the sign of and they stalled me and put the sold sign ocer my house!

Good Morning, I'm deeply saddened to read this review. We did sell the property within 3 weeks of being on the market, but due to survey results your buyer withdrew their offer. We then agreed to place the property into the modern auction to ensure a quicker and more reliable sale and subsequently went on to achieve an offer of the reserve price that you agreed with, but sadly you chose not to accept this. Management is using a common delay tactic to try and recoup full damage deposits by not sending tenants check out reports and hoping that they don't file claims in time.

This company sold my house less than Tom the manager advised he could get, yes he sold it very quickly. He then said about getting an EPC report sent him £99 and the company never turned up, got my own done for £55 then never got the money back until completion. No communication from this company after the offer for the house was accepted, when you call says mailbox is full and no replies to emails. A very expensive bill for the estate agents for doing very little, use Feeney’s estate agents instead, with regret I didn’t use for my own house sale but used for my mum’s sale, totally the opposite to reeds rains and for half the price, her communication was second to none. Take my advice and bypass reeds rains.

As discussed in our initial appointment we agreed to a marketing price and we were made up that we managed to achieve an offer over this price that you were happy to accept within 10 days of marketing. I did apologise about the EPC - as discussed this is carried out by a third party and due to the mix up I refunded your payment. She was polite, helpful, professional and worked hard and effienciently to help me get everything set up and ready for my move-in day. Terrible service and experience!! Abigail was brilliant approachable and easy to reach but it's taken a turn for the worst. Bought a property from Reed Rains Hanley and the letting experience was horrid. Within 5 days had to call 7 times and received a call back but with not as much as an apology. They focus on chasing more business leads instead of satisfying their current custom which is really disappointing. Really wouldn't recommend their service, you certainly won't get what your promised.

I was really impressed with Sarah Perry and the Reeds Rains Hanley team's work in selling my apartment. We experienced a number of delays and problems with conveyancing (i.e. the solicitors) but Sarah and her colleagues kept pushing for our sale and was instrumental in keeping things together when we ran into difficulty (for reasons outside of our control). Would highly recommend Reeds Rains, they were quick to find interested viewers and in finding a buyer for my apartment, and kept things together when we ran into problems with a specific solicitor (going beyond the usual role of an estate agent). Would use Reeds Rains again!PositiveProfessionalism

I feel very happy with the service I received from Reeds Rains. Tom dealt with the sale of the property and as I didn’t want any involvement or contact with potential buyers he arranged all views and open days. The property sold quickly. Unfortunately due to some solicitors issues took a while to complete but is now all finalised. Thanks for all your help with the sale. I would be happy to recommend this service.
