Excellent property management from Holly

The property manager Holly Maingot is exceptional at what she does. She went above and beyond to listen to our concerns as tenants and acted promptly. She has been communicating every next step throughout the whole process, as well as working hard to grant us the best outcome. After some work was done at the property, Holly ensured that it was done to a high standard by going herself and checking everything. We want to thank Holly for making us feel heard as tenants, which can be difficult with other agencies, as proven with some experiences we have had in the past. We also want to thank her for making everything so straightforward and easy by taking care of everything. We haven't had to phone Holly once to ask for updates and that's a testament to her professionalism.

The service I’ve received from Snellers has been outstanding. From the outset, be it my initial contact with Anthony through the valuation process, or subsequent communication with Ross, Ruby or Taylor, I was consistently updated with progress and never had to question any part of it. The team know their clientele in depth, and attracted prospective buyers who were suited to the purchase of my property promptly and efficiently. This is a great team at Hampton Hill who work well together and nothing is ever too much trouble; a vast difference from certain other agents who function like a machine, and who have more interest in huge databases and talking about nothing other than the size of their business, rather than building a strong rapport with their clients; putting them at the heart of everything they do, which is what Anthony and his team strive to do. I have rented a house through Snellers Estate Agents for the past 6 months and have recently had my 6 months inspection visit. Snellers Teddington

I used Snellers Teddington 3 years ago to find a corporate tenant. The whole process was handled efficiently and I saw no reason to change agency when I was looking for a replacement tenant. The team had changed since 3 years ago and although it did not start too well, the team has come in trumps since. Josh is now my main contact. I find him friendly and responsive. Some remedial work was required between the tenancy and Josh was quick to set things in motion with the contractors with a very short turnaround. I should also mention Ayca who was involved in the process. Snellers Teddington strikes me as a good team of property professionals and I would have no hesitation in recommending the agency to potential clients.

Sophie Sheppard - Senior Property Manager

For well over a year now Sophie Sheppard has been my property manager, managing one of my condos in Hampton. Recently, i decided to put the property on the market, which at the time i did not realize the issues that would surface regarding my long-term tenant and the following sale. I have to say i am truly blessed to have had Sophie in my camp. She has been a very proactive property manager that makes sure nothing slips through the cracks on both the owner and tenants' side, from rent issues, property maintenance issues to basic well being of the tenant. I travel a lot for work, so i can be assured that when Sophie emails me, it's about something i need to deal with. Sophie's emails do not just dump the problem in my lap to sort out, she provides probable solutions and ways forward to solve whatever issue is at hand.More recently as previously intimated, Sophie was a godsend, with respect to relocating my tenant (including court proceedings) and finalizing the condo for handover to the new buyer.I have never physically met Sophie, but dealing with her has been an actual pleasure. She is always polite, attentive and knows her stuff. A real pleasure to have her in my team, so to speak!There is not a lot more that i can add here except - Thank you Sophie, for everything - your advice, your actions and making me feel that my property is / was in very good hands.

Taylor and Claudia at Snellers Hampton were great throughout the whole process whilst buying our flat. Having used a different estate agents for the first 6 months of my property going on the market where nothing happened I had started losing trust and hope in getting it sold. I then instructed Snellers and Jessica was my main contact. Jessica has been 100% fantastic through the sale of my property. Her local and overall knowledge of the market has ensured I sold my flat in the current market and in reasonable timeframes. I felt Jessica listened to me and understood my needs. She checked in regularly and was able to chase any delays. Selling a flat is a stressful process, however Jessica made this as smooth as possible, provided reassurances when needed and overall was very supportive. I was really happy with the service I got from Snellers. Gary Oliver was very friendly and approachable when we first met him and gave by far the best impression of all the companies we had round for valuations. When we listed our property with Snellers the team organised an "open house" and managed to arrange more viewings than I expected we would get in such a short time span, and got us two offers at or over the asking price. During the sale process in the run up to exchange I've been really happy with the service provided by Taylor Harris and Claudia Bedenko who were both really attentive to our needs, keeping us in the loop and doing everything in their power to help speed things along. This is the first time I've sold a property so I was honestly quite unsure about how it all works and to be honest, quite nervous, and I've been really pleased with our choice of agent.
