My brother, sister and I recently used Snellers to sell our late father’s house on behalf of our mother. I would highly recommend Sneller's. Having recently sold a property through another agency and then dealt with about eight other agents in our search for purchasing a property all I can say is that Snellers was the most helpful and professional of them all. Cameron was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and patient with all the many requests that were made. Although it was a long and protracted negotiation he dealt with everything very professionally and was proactive in dealing with both ourselves, the vendor and solicitors. Very impressed with Cam but also the other members of the team who I spoke to from time to time.

Moving house can be a daunting experience, especially for a large family with grown-up children attending different schools. During our search for a property, we registered with a few local estate agencies, including Snellers. The estate agents arranged several viewings for us; however, the identified houses were either far from the children’s schools, had high rents, or were uninhabitable. Very soon, an impression was created about us that we were too demanding, and most of the estate agents stopped offering us viewings. Jessica Taylor from Snellers arranged a few properties for us to view; however, they did not meet our needs. Instead of giving up on us like the other estate agents, Jessica sat down with us to better understand our needs. She asked about my family members and the locations of the children’s schools so that she could tailor the search for properties for us in the future. Although we are still looking for a property, we feel that Jessica went the extra mile with us to better understand our family's needs regarding property. She regularly shares information about the properties available in the market and calls us to get updates about our property search.

I reached out to Snellers 3 days ago about a gutter fault on our neighbour's Victorian conversion (which includes one apartment managed by Snellers). Sophie was proactive in swiftly forwarding my report to the relevant management company and promptly advised me that the gutter fault would be looked into as a matter of urgency. The faulty gutter has yet to be inspected or repaired so outcome of the situation remains unknown, hence the 3 stars. Sophie's own input at outset was 5 stars however.
