Brilliant Customer Service from Sophie Sheppard

I have been renting a flat through Snellers for 1 year now and I am generally happy with my overall experience apart from a few little things. I must highlight the brilliant customer service received from Sophie Sheppard though. She is very professional On one occasion I lost my patience and my cool which was not good. It wasn't her fault but she handled it very professionally and gracefully and still helped me fully to resolve the issue. I had to apologise after. Highly recommend Snellers Hampton Hill. They were really proactive contacting us about new properties and great at communicating between parties. We hit a roadblock when several new offers came in after we had an offer accepted, and Snellers initiated a process which meant we got another chance to bid that was fair to all parties. The outcome was that we didn't lose the property which was a huge relief. All in all a positive experience with highly professional and proactive agents.

After buying our first home with Snellers 8 years ago and having such a positive experience and subsequent experiences with other agents in between that were not so positive, our first choice this time was always going to be Snellers when it came to selling it. It was a bonus that Snellers happened to be the agent with the house we have now had an offer accepted on. They have been helpful and professional throughout. Always available to deal with queries, explaining in enough detail and remained transparent during the whole process. We have mainly been dealing with Ross, Taylor and Antony who have been great, however the team as a whole have made our experience as trouble free as it could be in a challenging market. Snellers estate agents have been managing my property for approximately 5 years and the level of service has been amazing.
