We rented our property with Dexters. Charlotte and Tom were excellent. We then decided to sell. We dealt with Toby who was great at keeping us posted. We also dealt with Belle who was helpful with viewings. We accepted an offer within 3 weeks. We then dealt with Alistair who was really good at keeping us posted and chasing up the buyers solicitor. We completed within an agreed timeframe. Would certainly recommend.

Toby never gave up when I think we had completely resigned ourselves to the house never selling. And then again when the buyers tried to re-neg at the last minute and I was ready to pull the plug Toby and Charlotte were calm and reassuring. Their recommended solictors were aweseome too with us regularly getting emails late into the night. I just wish we hadnt had to deal with the cowboys at Yopa the other end - Dexters need to open an office in Chertsey in the next 5-10 years so we can use them again when we sell.PositiveProfessionalism

Have recently put a house on the market for the first time with Dexters and been very pleased with how things have gone so far. Abby came to value the house and discuss the marketing strategy they would use to promote the sale and helped to organise getting the photos taken and EPC in place. An open house viewing day was organised within about 10 days of “going live” for potential buyers which resulted in several offers above asking price. Toby has been a very helpful contact keeping me fully informed about interest from potential buyers and the offers that have been received. I feel that the team have good local knowledge about the area which has resulted in me being able to accept an offer from a serious buyer in a very short period of time. Thanks to all at the Hampton branch who have got us to this stage in the sales process.
