I have worked with Dexters Hampton for eight years letting my property. This year I decided to sell - they did a very fast, efficient sale for me at the price I required. In particular I would recommend the team of Toby Ryan who was excellent and tenacious at achieving my goal. Hanna Murray steered the deal to exchange in a highly professional manner. Both are excellent communicators which is highly desirable in this difficult property market. I would highly recommend Dexters and those individuals in particular, as well as Ella Maynard on the lettings team. Great job - thank you Neil.

After an initial valuation that was optimistic in the extreme we bought and sold through Dexters. Our sale price was 20% less than the initial valuation. In terms of day to day contact and customer service Hannah Murray and Carolyne Faulkner were very professional and nice to deal with. In generating viewings and getting a buyer Hannah worked tirelessly to get us to a successful conclusion. Hannah was very positive throughout the process and very efficient. Thank you Hannah. Carolyne Faulkner the post agreement “fixer” was super efficient and tirelessly drove the chain to a successful conclusion - highly recommended. Like Hannah she was very enthusiastic and nice to deal with. Thank you Carolyne. We got there in the end!

Dealt with Ela regarding a rental for my daughter. A number of proactive steps, hence why I’m happy to answer this as I normally don’t. Firstly, actually answered the phone! I highlight as the amount of agencies that use voicemail, so a filter mechanism. Engaging, listened re the particular property and location we were after. Fitted around a viewing time that we were looking for - although it was my wife and daughter that viewed the property with Ela, very professional, called 15 minutes beforehand to confirm she would be there and cross checking if there were any delays ourside. Finally, proactively (asked first), sent through other properties that might be of interest. Although it may not be the property we choose, all round v/impressed with the pro-active, engaging, relaxed but still professional approach.

I sold my property with Dexters and Harry Jenkins and the team were great. I had real issues with the buyers lawyers delaying the sale to the point where it almost fell through.
