I dealt with Ashleigh when looking for a property to rent. She was very courteous and kept in touch with me which was great. Unfortunately I didn’t end up renting through Dexters which was a pity as she did put lots of effort in. Only thing I would say is make a note of properties we have talked about so you don’t talk about them again.

Exceptional service from Abby and her Team. Not only did they sell my elderly Dad's home in just two weeks but we also had a choice of three buyers ! contracts were exchanged within 7 days from sale being agreed - quiet phenomenal ! A huge thank you to Abby and Toby and a special mention to Bee who conducted the viewings so my 86 year old Dad was able to see a familiar face on each visit - she was professional, friendly and kind and handled the process with the sensitivity required. Thanks a lot to Dexter and their team. We had to find local accommodation quick due to the roof falling off in our previous place, and Dexter was there for help. Ela, Elouise and Rob were there always. They can do better with less paperworks so moving in/out is less hassles but never mind. I guess they are doing all those checks because of bad tenants or something else. Highly recommend if you need to find your place quick.

Toby took the brief and got us started keeping us well informed about the interest of potential buyers and the shifting market. Supporting us through initial offers falling through.Abby gave some important advice and reassurance at a crucial stage.Aaron was relentlessly positive and kept us brilliantly informed throughout a convoluted process in which three offers fell through due to mortgage companies withdrawing offers and rising interest rates.Then for the final phase leading to exchange and completion Alistair Maclean helped us accelerate the process and shorten the gap between Exchange and Completion by getting access to important information for the buyer.We had tried another Estate Agent before appointing Dexters but they delivered half the interest that Dexters generated and without the same level of engagement and feedback. Really great service from Fadi in the Sunbury office. I have had a few bad experiences with estate agents in the past but Fadi has changed all that for me, there was no messing around, being pushy or over selling. He allowed us to view as many times as we needed to, he made some suggestions, told us a bit about the area which is new to us and then gave us some breathing space to make our decision. He checked in regularly to see if we needed anything but didn't bombard us with calls. Once our decision was made he worked quickly and efficiently to get us and the seller a fair deal. We are over the moon and really happy at how easy it has been so far. A really good experience, the perfect balance between being attentive and allowing us some space, so thank you Fadi :)
