Dexter's for me has become a trusted brand which I would be reticent to change given the high level of guaranteed customer service they have given me over several years. Similar to my car or the shoes I wear I have grown accustomed to a level of quality and reliability from this organisation that I just could not manage without. I can whole heartedly recommend Dexter's 100% Tom Hopkinson Director of lettings based at Hampton has guided me through the complexities of renting out my property providing professional advice and support which has been invaluable. Tom's Team, Charlotte Ambridge, Kelly Baldwin, and Stacie White are all straightforward but with a fantastic human touch. They simply do what they say they are going to do in the timeframes they set out. This high level of customer care was also matched by the Residential Sales Team in Lower Sunbury who professionally orchestrated the sale of my property previously. These guys know their business inside out and once again offered a service second to none. I dealt with Dixie leading up to the sale of my property and then with Alistair as Sales Support Manager once we had accepted an offer. Dixie was super friendly and professional and a delight to deal with. Alistair helped me through the sometimes stressful period of selling and did a fantastic job keeping me in the loop at all times, nothing seemed too much trouble for him. I was very impressed with the level of work he delivered, especially in comparison with other agents I have dealt with in the past. Toby and Alastair made the job of selling the property so easy. Both are consummate professionals who always had an excellent grasp of what was happening at each stage of the chain. They were proactive and gave me regular updates. I never had to chase them. Toby effectively rejected any requests from the buyer to reduce the price following a survey. I'm so glad I used Dexters. These guys provided real value for money and thoroughly deserve the fee they charge. Something I've never been able to say about estate agents I've used in the past.

A pleasure to deal with! Charlotte was a pleasure to deal with, one who went extra mile to making the process as smooth as possible! On our first viewing of the property, Charlotte was very professional: despite a number of viewings on that day, she gave us enough time we needed and was able to accommodate our enquiries with sincerity. Charlotte made us feel at ease, without any pressure at all! Despite being out of the office, Charlotte endorsed us to her colleagues and made sure that we continue to receive excellent quality of service. The entire Sales team at this particular branch works tirelessly and seamlessly to sell my flat at the best market value and within the shortest time possible for complete. Whilst looking for places on the renting market I came across some properties managed by Dexter's and James was the agent dealing with several of my queries. Unlike everyone else from other known estate agencies Jack Morgan was professional and polite. Called when he said he was going to and listened to what my family requirements were rather than just trying to make me go over budget. Best of luck to him and Dexter's just a shame that there is no Dexters properties around the area we are looking to move into. Great customer service keep it up
