We decided to put our property on the market with Dexters just over a week ago. Abby has been fantastic, visiting the property for an initial review and valuation, having photos taken and details put together very quickly and marketing the property. Within a few days of marketing we were advised of a great number of viewings and consequently 2nd viewings. These then resulted in a number of offers which we have now accepted one. The whole process from start to finish has been smooth, thorough and well communicated. We would highly recommend Abby and her team at Dexters.

From the off-set, Abigail Boucher, valued our property and launched our house quickly and efficiently with minimum fuss. Abigail was by far the most engaging and knowledgeable agent we spoke to. Jaye Meredith did a great job in keeping us informed with the progress of our sale, keeping us regularly posted with the strategies they were implementing to find us the perfect buyer. We worked with Dexter's as a renter. We haven't worked with a UK estate agent so can't compare to others, but overall we were satisfied with the level of service provided. We had some hiccups during the application process but they were handled as best they could. They'd also call often with any significant updates or progress to share, which was time consuming and could have been an email or no contact at all. Otherwise the staff was very attentive and friendly to work with! Update: unfortunately now that we've lived in the home longer I need to update my review to 3 stars. There have been a number of dropped balls by the team, such as them telling us that we'd be setup with the previous gas supplier, only that did not happen and we were slapped with an exorbiant energy bill that we now have spent numerous hours needing to rectify. Something we don't the time to afford when we have a toddler and another baby on the way.

This is simply the best estate agent I have ever used. I always get 3 quotes for everything and this agency stood out from the start, with Toby Ryan clearly and intelligently answering all questions in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable way. Following the initial meeting, he messaged and called me... The other two agencies talked a lot, but didn't even follow up the meeting. Over the time of selling my mum's house, Toby's team have all been so hard working, friendly, professional, knowledgeable people... Every one of them... Which is rare to find in any business. During the procedure, one of the offers fell through (obviously no fault of the agency.) The team were back on the phones with more quality bookings and we were under offer again in days. For me, the mark of a great company is the reaction when something goes wrong - it was quickly and sensitivity dealt with and back on track immediately. Excellent service. I was selling this house with my sister, for my mother. Toby has communicated perfectly with both my sister and I, dealing with any of our concerns swiftly, with sensitivity and care. I like communication with the agencies I deal with and the phone was always answered quickly and professionally, with any messages passed on and I was always called back. I've been kept up to date every step of the way. Once under offer, Charlotte was so knowledgeable and I always felt I was in good hands, throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend Toby and his team enough and thank them for their excellent customer service. Update: We have now exchanged and completed. This part of the work was handled by Charlotte Jordison. We called Dexters on Friday to see two properties and spoke to Martin who set us up the next day to see those two and some additional properties. He really listened to us and one of these extra properties we just loved. He helped us arrange a quick second viewing and then get all the processes in place after our offer was accepted. Dexters are in a class of their own! We have lived on 3 different continents and worked with a number of real estate people and agencies over the years. Some of them were pretty bad, some of them were OK, and in the case of Dexters they are at the top of their field and would recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home. We have made a recent home purchase and In short, Dexters were simply amazing! We were sort of half looking at houses and Martin, our Dexters estate agent, quickly identified the type of home we were looking for. He worked diligently to find the right properties to show us and in a very shot amount of time we found the property for us. However, the service from Dexters had only begun. As mentioned we were only half looking for a house, so we were not as prepared as we should have been and this is where Martin and the Dexters team really stepped up. Dexters mobilized the internal team and external partners to enable us to sort out the financing, solicitors, etc. so we could get through the process as quickly and painlessly as possible. Martin was always there to help move things along and ready to get others involved when needed at critical points in the process. Annmarie, Tom (both of them), and numerous others really jumped into to help move the process along. We owe a big thank you to Martin and the Dexters team in Hampton.
