Rosie was kind enough to go above and beyond and was always so quick to respond with any queries I had relating to the property. Harry then handled our sale with energy and enthusiasm, advising us when needed with a good attitude and consistently high work ethic. When things didn't go so well Harry liaised well with all parties to ensure information flowed and helped with the final push to exchange. Thanks to all at Devenports, you deserve to do well!

GoogleDevenports provided a fantastic service in our property sale at a great introductory rate. The service was very non-intrusive and they respected the timetable that we wanted to work to with regards to viewings and configuring it into our life. We weren't inundated with droves of worthless viewings just to make up numbers, it was definitely about quality as oppose to quantity. Very diligent, professional and hardworking chaps and would definitely use them again.

GoogleJemima was absolutely charming, as were all the staff at Devenports. I was notified well in advance of all viewings and all were accompanied by Jemima who had made sure she was knowledgeable about the property in advance and was able to answer any questions that came up with her usual brightness and big smile.

We knew we wanted to sell through them after meeting Aaron and loving his new approach, it was refreshing after meeting with other estate agents who we felt just weren’t for us. The team marketed our property so well that it was sold quickly and for over the asking price, what more could you wish for! And then there is Harry who we cannot speak highly enough of. This was extremely reassuring for us as buyers. Time scales were immediately put in place to ensure a quick and smooth purchase/sale for all involved.
