Nina was incredible! She was on it from the off and communicated quickly and efficiently throughout the entire process. From the moment our purchase was agreed, she kept everything moving forward and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well managed. Her communication was excellent, we were always kept up to date, and she was proactive in chasing solicitors and other parties whenever needed. It was clear she genuinely cared about getting things over the line and making sure everyone stayed on track. What really stood out was her responsiveness and attention to detail. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and she explained things clearly so we always knew where we stood. Having someone so organised and committed made a huge difference. We’re very grateful for all of Nina’s hard work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone going through the buying or selling process. She’s a real credit to the team.

Although Devenports weren’t our agent, they sold our buyers house. Ryan was incredibly helpful vis a vis our ongoing purchase and integral to our chain remaining intact. Ryan was responsive, helpful and intuitive throughout and the three agents at the top of our (long!) chain were professional, efficient and worked together to ensure that we all ended up completing albeit a couple of days late (due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control). Devenports and Aaron made the process of selling our family house of 23 years easy, comfortable and efficient. Aaron is impressive from the start. He is always fully prepared for meetings with information and sound advice, he displays a remarkable market knowledge and he is professional, courteous and charming. His work ethic and energy are remarkable. Devenports do things differently and it works. They organised beautiful photos and in addition a fabulous watercolour painting of our house. Viewings were always pre booked to our convenience and always attended by Aaron or Harry. Subsequent offers and negotiations were handled professionally and efficiently. They simply made the whole process from initial contact to final completion seem easy. Aaron and Devenports have been a dream to work with. We weren't really looking to move any time soon, but saw a house we loved online and whilst walking the dog one afternoon, popped into Devenports to have a brief chat about potentially selling through them. We received truly outstanding service from Devenports throughout the property sales process and would highly recommend their services. The valuation of our newly renovated semi detached house in Hampton was accurate, they received an offer from a cash buyer on an off market open day before the property even officially went on the market and online. We were impressed that they already had a large portfolio of potential buyers who were ready to go! Our offer was successful, they helped us negotiate our onward purchase and gave us great advice. Devenports knowledge of the local area and the market and their collective years of experience ensured that the whole process ran smoothly and quickly. The team at Devenports were very supportive and committed to helping us navigate the sale of our house in Hampton. We had regular dialogue with James / Aaron and the support staff were always well briefed and informed on the status of viewings etc. Whilst I'm sure this would be the case with most Estate Agents, the big challenge was the rapidly changing market at the time of our sale (thanks Liz Truss) which made their efforts especially important to getting us over the line so that we didn't lose our onward move. I'd highly recommend Devenports for their regular dialogue / updates on the interest in the property and then working through changes as the buyer's market strength dipped. Committed, genuine and insightful - need I say more!
