We have been very impressed by the service given by B&R Lettings. They have managed in the space of two months to let two properties, they have listened to all our requirements and followed them precisely and the administrative back-up in signing off tenancy agreements has been first class. Benham and Reeves have let and managed my properties for over 15 years. I can not fault their staff for attitude, efficiency, and care. I have had very few voids, and a lot of help with managing the properties include routine repairs, emergency repairs, and dealing with challenging tenants.

Worst renting experience in my life

Worst renting experience in my life so far. In short:• Unprofessional as how can you get renting property address wrong in the contract? Absolutely joke! So you would end up doing address changes all over again. • You’d better have thought about everything and put them into writing at outset. Otherwise, it won’t get delivered by this agent. They won’t say no to you but dragging it on and on with lots of excuses. • If you have any issue with your rented property, don’t expect they will get it resolved soon even urgent issues. I don’t think a tenant can delay paying rent, isn’t it? Also note that they have sub-contractors of sub-contractors which means your problem will be dealt with multiple parties…• No matter how well the property is kept and cleaned when you move out. They will charge hefty cleaning fee regardless. So called "professional cleaning"! If invoice came out with wrong amount, they won’t even bother to apologies act like it is ok to charge people wrong…• Be prepared they will delay your deposit returning. There are so many issues with this agent…absolutely horrendous!
