Hi Matthew, thanks for the follow up, I note the property isnt in Hampstead. Following investigation, the issues were down to the complexity of wiring at your rental property and lack of available parts required. We share your frustration regarding this but it was completely outside of our control as it was all handled by the Block Managers and not us. I believe we did everything we could to support the process and keep you informed throughout. I understand things are resolved now and you have agreed to proportionate compensation with the Landlord, we all hope this is an isolated case and no further issues occur for you. Hi Matthew, I have fully investigated this and the issues were down to the complexity of wiring at your rented property. We share your frustration regarding this.Your issue was reported to the Block Management very quickly and followed up speedly.I have looked at all the correspondence and I think we did our best under the unusual circumstances and we really worked hard to try and act as go between to resolve everthing as best we could but this matter was completely outside of our control. Sorry you felt the need to give us bad reviews on so many social media platforms - it is disapointing to see this, particulalry as you agreed to proportionate compensation.
