Hi Matthew, thanks for the follow up, I note the property isnt in Hampstead. Following investigation, the issues were down to the complexity of wiring at your rental property and lack of available parts required. We share your frustration regarding this but it was completely outside of our control as it was all handled by the Block Managers and not us. I believe we did everything we could to support the process and keep you informed throughout. I understand things are resolved now and you have agreed to proportionate compensation with the Landlord, we all hope this is an isolated case and no further issues occur for you.
