GoogleThe agent was completely useless. Messed up the contract 3 times by getting basic information wrong and we all had to resign. The house was also not in good shape when we moved in. Clearly no one went through the house or even cared how it was left. Our agent was NO help in trying to give us our keys. We had to go get them ourselves when were trying to move all our stuff. He was completely unhelpful in every single way possible. We still don’t even have our landlord’s contact information! By far the WORST experience I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve lived in 5 different countries renting.

GoogleI decided to work with Chris Cooper at Benhams, who I had some interaction with when he was working at another agent. I had moved abroad, so felt that I needed a high level of trust in the agent who was representing me, as I would not be physically available in case issues came up. I found Chris to be very honest and straightforward, and a pleasure to work with. The sales process has been smooth. He has dealt with the tenants in my property respectfully, and kept interactions to a necessary minimum. At the same time, he has arranged a successful sales process, which generated a number of offers and went to sealed bids. Interaction with other team members at Benhams has also been positive. I am very happy with my decision to work with Chris, and have not doubted it at any point in the process. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to others in need of his services.

GoogleDele and Edelyn worked hard to sort out all of the pre-requisites for us so we could move in time since we had a specific timeline and really wanted the property. The whole process was super smooth and Sylvie, the property manager, has been responsive and helpful since we've moved in. I'd trust Benham & Reeves as letting agents again.
