Excellent service from my initial contact with the manager Stuart Banham, through to the various negotiators I dealt with at the Muswell Hill branch, but in particular Charlotte (Lottie) Smith, who mostly dealt with my transaction, she was always very helpful and available, a pleasure to deal with. I received a professional service with regular updates - I was particularly happy with the weekly calls to go through the activity on my flat for the previous week. My calls were answered promptly and call backs were made if the person was unavailable when I called. Everyone I dealt with at the MH office was polite, professional and friendly. Based on my experience I would have no hesitation in recommending KFH, and would certainly use them in the future.

The incredible patience of Rossen. There were problems with the LPE1 form. The Company Sec was terribly slow in filling out the details of the freehold. It was endless and I thought I would lose the client. Rossen managed to hold onto her. He was helpful and kept calm, though it was the longest sale he ever had and at times really annoying.I am full of admiration for him and extremely grateful for his guidance. KFH are extremely professional and I certainly recommend them.

It was a truly awesome experience working with KFH to find the beautiful and comfortable flat we now live in. There are NO words to express what an acutely painful, disappointing, and waste of time experience working with KFH has been over the past 2 years as a landlord. I have paid them 10k+ for tenant finding & ongoing management and can honestly say that they have added zero value, and were I not stuck in a contract and living overseas, I would have cut my losses and moved to a different agency a long time ago. Their team (across the board: Cameron in property management, Abi & Katrina in finance & fulfillment, Meaghan in contracting, and Gareth in branch management) are incompetent at best and purposefully negligent at worst. Gareth may be the only exception who surpassed the bare minimum on occasion. If you are looking to throw money down the drain or spend your whole time babysitting lazy post-grads who you will have to chase and direct on every minuscule task...KFH is the agency for you! Such poor quality of service would not be tolerated in any other industry, and your feedback will fall on deaf ears. This entire branch is a MESS. Prime example: it was only at the end of my most recent tenancy (and after I pulled the plug on them), that I uncovered that they mishandled the keys meaning the entirety of the last year-long tenancy...they never had a management set....so no wonder they couldn't do their job. Thank God there was no emergency that required them to access the property. Incorrect accounting, failure to communicate important notices to tenants, wildly inflated phantom charges, periodic ghosting and much more await you at KFH.

I would give her 6 stars if I could! I googled a search term similar to …find me the best estate agent in South West London…and Aarti’s name came up. From the moment we spoke on the phone, I knew why she already had so many great reviews. From the outset, Aarti’s professionalism, efficiency and focus around driving the sale through has been fantastic. This is helped by the fact that she is very personable, positive, easy to discuss things with and her manner is calm, reassuring and refreshingly straightforward. A More honest approach to Landlords

KFH approach to Landlords is a similar a\pproach that bad landlords have to tenantsHaving agreed a % a different amount was put on the portal for us to sign on two different occasions.One tenant vacated our property so the other tenant could share with his girlfriendThe tenant had been at the property for 3 years and KFH were collecting commission every 3 months, Despite having agreed to continue the arrangement in writing they took a years commission from the rental and have refused to return it quoting" this is our standard practice" Do not deal with them via their portal get everything emailed in a PDF file
