Huge thanks to Catherine Wood at KFH Beckenham, who is one-of-a kind in her industry. She is exceptionally knowledgable both about the properties she is selling and the local area. She also really takes the time to understand in detail what a prospective buyer is looking for in order to find a good match for them in record time. An excellent communicator, Catherine is extremely good at presenting properties to buyers and is very proactive at checking in with buyers each week to make sure they haven't missed a property which is newly on the market or which they may have overlooked but could be a good option. On every viewing, she provides all the information clearly and is at the ready to answer questions and make suggestions while allowing plenty of time for buyers to take in the details for themselves and form their own opinion. She was always very clear and straightforward in representing the position of the vendors to us so we could understand how things might progress. Catherine has a deep understanding of pricing in the Beckenham market in particular which is important in order to feel confident that the transaction is being handled fairly and respectfully to all parties. We are so grateful as buyers for all the help and advice that we received that we have already started recommending Catherine to friends in the area who are looking to sell properties and will definitely be seeking her help when we eventually come to sell our property. Very highly recommended.

All the staff at KFH Beckenham Branch were very efficient and reactive from the valuation and putting our flat on the market through to generating numerous visits in spite of a a slack winter market and finally the sales process.We've been updated regularly throughout and could always talk to a member of the team (mainly Maxine, Steph, Catherine, Dan and David) in the office whatever the issue.We greatly appreciated their reactivity and liaising with both our solicitors and the buyer's one in order to facilitate and expedite the process and alleviate the stress involved when it became quite complex at times.

GoogleMy experience working with KFH Fulham and Chelsea, and with Peter Kasicki in particular, was exemplary. Whilst searching for a one-bed flat in the area I often dealt with other Estate Agents who disregarded key criteria, showed unsuitable properties and were inconsistent in their communication. Peter was consistent, reliable and really took the time to listen carefully to my needs and concerns. I particularly valued his honesty- he was upfront with highlighting potential issues with properties and offered sincere, genuine advice, resulting in a trusting relationship. He was also extremely diligent in answering any follow-up questions post viewing and even sharing detailed videos of the properties with helpful commentary. All in all I would thoroughly recommend Peter and the KFH team to anyone who is looking in the area and wants genuine support in the process.

My daughter and I met Myles when we went to view a lovely flat in Bromley. I was running late because I live outside London and Myles could not have been more accommodating with the change to the time we were able to make to get to the property. He showed us around the whole flat, remembered to open every single cupboard for us to look through (not a minor matter when space is at a premium in London). Even though we were late Myles was patient, answered all our questions, was jovial and did not rush us through the flat. He provided excellent customer service. Khadijah and Mum (Ngozi)

We sold our house with the Sydenham branch of KFH and they were great throughout.Toby the agent who handled our sale process and the bulk of the viewings deserves particular praise: responsive to our queries, quick to share updates from our buyers, proactive in seeking updates from 3rd parties like our buyers solicitors and was friendly and easy to deal with throughout. We ended up using their mortgage brokers too and this was not quite as good: the broker was quite hard to get a hold off and didn't flag things like the fact that the interest rate with our lender went up between the initial discovery and getting an offer. We got there, but it was a more difficult experience than other mortgage brokers we had worked with. Sales was 5-star, mortgage broker was a 3.

Terrible service in lettings and virtually no property management concerning serious issues with house. It is shocking how unprofessional and uncommunicative they are have been despite renting a high end property with them. We were left as a family on our own and ignored.

We worked with Katarina Hambalkova to arrange our mortgage in the middle of a chain. Ms Hambalkova is extremely professional, nonweldable, and engaged. We had multiple check ins in the process of getting to exchange and completion and she was always "on it" to check that lenders conditions had not changed for the better - such that a new offer would have been better for us.Even when we got very close to the wire she was able to find a better offer and processed it in a heartbeat to get it to the solicitor in the span of an hour in time for exchange of contracts the day after.I cannot recommend her enough!!!!

They have been the worst lettings agency I have ever been with. We had a delayed contract due to expired electrical safety certificate, we felt pressured to offer more rent and were very rushed into our decision. We didn't know any details about our move in day until I contacted the landlord directly the day before. Now 3 months in and any repairs I have had to work directly with the landlord, and now there is an emergency leak, there is no emergency contact number to use, nor does the online form work correctly to report this issues. I would never go with KFH.

Euan, Sawan, Ravi and Sharon from the team in Highgate helped us to find a place and made the whole process much easier than we could have hoped, especially as they had to handle issues with our mortgage. It's been a difficult process with lots of stops and issues; Alistair and team have always helped and assisted me, whether it was chasing for updates, keeping me and my solicitor informed. While I was hoping for the process to be smoother, KFH did what I could expect them to do and much beyond. I am very happy, highly recommended.

KFH management of rental property have been a nightmare to work with. There emails are not clear. There communication is terrible- never allowing transparency of actions, just billing me or arranging works and then telling me what they will cost. Often their billing statements repeat costs from previous months- and its not clear if they are double billing or their internal service just has not dealt with it yet. Also the turn over staff to manage my property was so frequent creating no continuation, so when works were quoted for- the next person never knew what they were for and we had to start again, meanwhile issues got worse. Every time I called or emailed to be called back it would be days before they got back to me. And apologies for incompetency was always too little too late. Warning if considering having them manage your property- they are hard work!
