Disappointing Experience; Can’t be trusted.

We trusted this lettings agency to provide our family with a safe and comfortable home. Still, we had a terrible experience: we’ve been dealing with carelessness, three months of unaddressed issues, the house with preexisting problems and nothing but broken promises and ongoing breach of the contract. To make matters worse, we moved into our new house to find that the heating wasn’t working during the Christmas period, with no care or concern from our lettings agency. Don’t let this happen to you - stay cautious and research before signing any contracts.

It wasn’t straight forward for us with the first property we found ( nothing to do with Amy’s or our part) but she found us another property in no time and is always polite and understanding as moving is stressful. Service level very poor

Service level very poor. Since we signed up with KFH in Oct 2022, we had several changes with property managers, on average every two months. Furthermore, there seems to be no proper hand over from the one to other.Worse to come, KFH lost the spare keys and is delaying the replacement by requesting that the landlord pays for the replacement of the FOB. How bad can this get!?
