Excellent communication from start to finish. KFH found a buyer for my flat within a week of marketing it despite it not being the best circumstances for selling. Brian moved things forward and kept it all on track so that we completed close to the original target date. Very little stress for me despite being an absent seller and dealing with the entire process remotely.

As first time buyers we were pretty clueless but Lucas walked us through the different options and submitted our application really quickly. Incredibly rude agent - I asked some core questions about renting and referencing only to get the agent to shove the "I've been doing this for 16 years" and "we are going in circles" despite him interrupting me and not listening to what I was asking. Absolutely horrible service. Would not recommend them.
