GoogleFirst rate service from a very well run professional and pro-active operation. Slightly more expensive than other operators, but on balance worth the money in a difficult Brexit climate. Salim Hussain was particularly helpful and insightful, selling my flat within 8 days, and subsequently guiding the sale through the stressful conveyancing process. A huge thank you to him!

She was attentive, quickly suggested several places around Shepherd’s Bush, and always answered my questions with clarity and kindness. I trusted Foxtons to manage my property professionally. They found the tenants, collected commission (2 months rent per year) and management fees, and were contractually obligated to inspect and monitor my home. They failed on every count.

GoogleJaz top man Many thanks to Foxtons and in particular Jas. What a legend. Although there were a few teething problems initially the overall service was superb. Jas guided me through what could have been a stressful experience with humour, patience and real knowledge and experience. Totally reliable in terms of communications and getting back to me, he is also part rottweiler as he chased the ineffective solicitors on both sides of the transaction tirelessly. Very reassuring service and top dog for advice and information.

Salim Hussein was particularly helpful at handling the different parties involved in the transactions from lawyers on both sides and arrangin surveyors. He was patient and always willing to help in whatever way needed to ensure a smooth transaction process.

Foxtons’s account’s department have bad ethical practices.The charged me as a landlord 3 years commission & after six months again charged me 2 years commission for the same property.when I complained they credited part of the commission but after a week they recharged me some more commission.As the tenant rent is deposited directly into Foxtons’s account I cannot do much about it and am finally taking them to court for fraudulent activity.

GoogleHi all My experience was with Natalie Simpkin. She’s been amazing on every aspect, from the very beginning till the end. She was very good at listening my needs and proposing only properties that would suit me, not wasting my time with wrong ones. She was always available and flexible to meet and to arrange viewings, giving me all sort of information before and after in order to help me in the choice. In the end I didn’t buy through foxtons, but just because the property wasn’t listed with it and absolutely not for the service that Natalie provided; to be honest I was really hoping to find the right solution with her because I would have trusted her on handeling all my paperwork for the purchase. She is a great employee that has great selling skills and empathy as well towards the buyer. Thanks Natalie for all the help!

GoogleGary Runnalls recently helped me secure a sale on a flat in Barons' Court. I haven't always had the best impression of Foxtons but he was excellent. The sale wasn't straightforward, but Gary was always professional and helpful without being smarmy and fake, he's a can-do man and a great people person. He was also reliable, works crazy hours and good at keeping me up to date with weekly phone calls, which I wouldn't expect as our pokey flat won't have been the most exciting property on his list. When there was bad news to deliver regarding buyers etc he delivered it promptly and straight, no procrastinating, blaming or bad-mouthing anyone. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gary to anyone else wanting to sell a property.

GoogleI am writing to give Annabelle Bent my highest recommendation. Annabelle possesses all the attributes necessary to be an excellent estate agent. She knows the market extremely well; she is diligent, responsive, and very effective in all aspects of her work. Annabelle is a very professional and charming individual. She clearly takes pride in doing a good job. In my particular case as a landlord of a four bedroom house in Shepherds Bush, Annabelle was solely responsible for letting out my property. Over the last five years Annabelle was always very keen to find tenants that meet my requirements. She always provides valuable market insights and recommendations that help me making the right decisions. To my opinion she is running one of the most effective teams in Shepherds Bush for Foxtons. It would be hard to envision someone doing a better job than Annabelle or being anything but happy in choosing to work with her and her team.

TrustpilotExtremely poor handling of deposit refund, lack of accountability and communication.
I moved out of my flat on 25 September 2025, and my landlord immediately approved the full return of my deposit. I provided my bank details to Foxtons on 3 October, and the online portal confirmed that the refund would be processed within 5, 7 working days.
