I've had an extremely positive experience working with Natalie from the Shepherds Bush office who took care of everything for me, including but not limited to: carefully listening to and understanding what was my budget and requirements for buying a new flat, picking all the best options available and being extremely flexible in terms of appointment times. She showed great enthusiasm every time we met to view a particular flat and was very good in explaining all the details I needed to know. She helped me make up my mind and pick the best options and also to confidently make the right decision in regards to area, property size, and also warned me about all the other essential considerations I have to keep in mind. I would strongly recommend turning to Natalie if you're looking for a dedicated, organised and extremely helpful and positive real estate agent.

It's been a pleasure to work with them. Our agent, Charlie, was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. While we couldn't find an agreement on the first flat they showed us, Charlie took the time to understand what we were looking for and what we valued and helped us secure an amazing flat as a result! Overall great experience so far. Foxtons have been very responsive and their online paperwork checklist is just a quick and easy way to get everything done and keep an eye on the progress. They were very sensible in choosing the right potential buyer, and kept us updated on every viewing.
