GoogleI was dealing with Inga Eastwood at Foxtons. Although i didn't find something that suits my needs, but she was so helpful. She was so keen to explore our options and help us to find something suitable. What i liked the most about Inga is that she is very responsive in replying back, and following up.

GoogleTerrible to rent with them. Reported an issue at the apartment I lived more then 1 year ago (heater broken) they never come to fix and that during the WINTER!! More then once that happen. Be really careful to rent with this guys. They will treat you like king until you sign the contract, after that it’s just headaches.

GoogleI had a very good experience with Foxtons. Sherone helped me find a new home. She took me to visit several properties and ultimately found the perfect one for me. Sherone knew exactly what I was looking for, I am grately for her diligence and constant communication even while I was abroad. I recommend their services and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

The experience was hassle free with Salim remaining in touch throughout the entire process reassuring us and making sure no questions were left unanswered, and usually within immediate response. I would be more than happy to work with Foxtons or Salim again in the future should the opportunity arise.

GoogleCame to my house without letting me know at all beforehand! She was rude during the viewing and repeatedly lied about having told me before. She brought over 2 people to view the house without telling me at all and I was in such shock as I was about to take a shower. I feel my privacy has been invaded and they have trespassed on my property!

GoogleThey are very unprofessional. I paid my deposit when I signed my contract to rent a room. They didn't register me to a deposit scheme. At the end of the tenancy they kept 30% of the deposit for abusive purpose. We have made a complaint to court. Hopefully it is pretty sure they are so unprofessional and haven't been no compliant with the law, they will loose. Avoid them.

GoogleAppalling experience, specifically their rentals department (under Almas Crossley). During our tenancy: landlord left items at the property that should've been taken on arrival (then charged us for them), we experienced flood damage, broken appliances, heating not working- not repaired for months. On top of that- 6+ months of building work that they knew about before letting to us- but didn't bother telling us beforehand- obviously only cared about their commission. Despite multiple complaints- agent is unhelpful and then charges us absurd, unjustified fees on move out. I really cannot advise strongly enough NOT to use Foxtons Shephards Bush either as a tenant or landlord (we are both).

GoogleI've been attempting to get in contact with someone at the Shepards Bush branch regarding a property I've put an offer on and I'm looking to move ASAP. I made the inquiry 5 days ago, I have repeatedly called/text/emailed the sales rep and had no luck, then I've also rang twice a day all week and been in contact head office around 4 times, all saying they'll have the rep contact me. Yesterday I requested changing the rep and an email was sent in house to the manager to reiterate this. I was also told I would get a call this morning from the branch manager and I have yet to receive any communication. I am incredibly frustrated with the complete lack of communication from the branch and the empty promises of someone to reach out to me. Usually I would walk away but the apartment is absolutely perfect for my partner and I in almost every regard. I have got some serious doubts about working with Foxtons at this moment due to what has occurred, but as you are the agency responsible I have no choice and I am hoping that by coming to you individually. I've already made an offer and shown to be a promising lead for this business and I wouldn't expect to face such a difficult process.

GoogleMy partner and I were buying for the first time, and to be honest we were filled with apprehension. It’s almost a rite of passage, you can’t tell anyone you’re looking to buy without them reeling out some horror story that *almost* puts you off. But I’m glad to report that we had a great experience with Foxtons. Lauren understood what we were looking for, in fact we ended up buying the first place she showed us. We also went through Foxtons to get a chartered surveyor and a conveyancer, and while it was more expensive than the cheapest option on Google, the service was impeccable. Jas & Lauren stayed in touch throughout the entire process, answering any and all requests, offering advice when needed and ultimately providing a smooth and efficient experience. A great service, thank you both!
