Foxtons recently completed a sale for me - Gentjan was the agent dealing with my case. I found him to be very communicative, considerate and patient throughout the whole process. In a difficult market he was able to find a buyer very quickly and we got the whole deal done, from signing the Foxtons contract to exchange, in less than 3 months, which is remarkable. Despite some difficulties with the buyer's lawyer uneccessarily complicating the deal on numerous occasions, Gentjan and his sales manager Carlos (who was also excellent throughout) helped keep the deal on track. They both stepped in as required and helped get everything over the line in time. Gentjan was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process and I'd have no trouble recommending him and Carlos to anyone who needs an estate agent for their sale.

We find a flat with a different letting agency as we were press for time but nevertheless I wanted to put a review regarding the service we received. Aleksandra was the agent looking after us and I cannot praise her enough for her hard work. Aleksandra has been very professional, friendly and tried really hard to show us as many properties as possible in the very limited time we had. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. Based on my experience, I would advise new landlords to be extremely cautious with Foxtons. The agent’s explanations of commission and contract terms were unclear, and I ended up in a lengthy dispute over unexpected fees. Which is escalated to ombudsman and will probaly go to the court. Never trust a word of Foxton's agents. Always insist on written communication and carefully review all documents before signing. I would not recommend Foxtons to others based on my experience.

Thanks so much to Nathan and his team for getting the sale of my Shepherds Bush flat over the line! He found buyers quickly and set the whole process up efficiently liassing between myself, the buyer and the solicitors. There were various issues with the lease holder and their slow response but Nathan was like a terrier and kept chasing until everything was completed. Everything was alright until we moved out and Foxtons refused to return our deposit and overpaid rent (more than 3000£ in total). They claimed they were processing the payment and "chasing" the landlord and that the delay was on the landlord's side but we've been in touch with the landlord and have a written proof he never received any correspondence from the agents. It looks like a scam, so be careful with this agency.

As the owner of a flat

As the owner of a flat, I struggled for months to find tenants. I tried renting it myself but mostly scammers or people who waste my time only, then worked with several agencies - including one that promised a quick result but instead damaged my flat and pressured me constantly with calls and messages, day and night. My flatmate had come from outside london to view a property in finsbury park and was only told once he got to the appointment that david morgan was not going to make the appointment due to being unwell, extremely unprofessional, he should have gotten one of his colleagues to cover the flat viewing or atleast message us in advance.
