She was incredibly helpful from start to finish, remembering every detail I mentioned and finding places that matched exactly what I was looking for. They take the money & abandon…

They take the money and then abandon their landlords. Do not rent a property with these agents as there is no customer support or response. I have had a couple of issues and queries - I have had to ring several times with long wait times and email multiple times for a response, still waiting three weeks later. They never reply or respond costing me hours of wasted time and stress.

Moved out a month ago. According to the contract they have 10 days time to make any claims and return our deposit. No money has been returned. Email was answered once where they wanted to give the landlord more time, but after that they ignored us. Unrelated, but property was broken into last year and they promised to add banham locks, which never happened. Avoid like the plague if you value safety & trustworthiness.

Landlords don’t be fooled by the nice offices and friendly staff. They are ruthless. They take 13 percent + VAT for rent collection only and lock you in for 5 years. It’s not the tenants we need protecting from. It’s the ruthless agents.

I had the pleasure to start my home research with Natalin Simpkin and couldn’t have been more satisfied with the process. Right away Natalie was incredibly friendly and I really can’t say enough good things about her. As a first time homebuyer, I was not familiar with the terminology or the best process people to involve. Going in to the process I thought I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted and what buying a home is like, but it wasn’t “quite” as simple as I thought. Natalie may be the most patient person I know; she’s completely open to hearing what you have to say and continues to listen whole heartedly when the next day you’re saying something completely different. This isn’t her first rodeo and she seems to understand the flip flopping first time buyers go through. She seemed to always be available for my questions and sync ups when I was feeling under water. She helped me narrow down what kind of home I was looking for and was patient as I dragged her through dozens of properties. Natalie gave me excellent guidance, she is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, thoughtful, hardworking and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Buying a property can be a real nightmare, so many calls and emails, so much negotiation and so much frustration. Among the dozens of people I came in contact with just wanted to say Natalie was a breath of fresh air; knowledgable, informative and respectful of the buyers privacy and time. Showed me places she knew I would be interested in and was well prepared and able to answer all questions and concerns. Non-existent communication. Viewings done by an unprepared team: didn't know level of service charge, exposure, if the appliances were new or not, size of the flat or rooms. One claimed we had replaced the kitchen (we hadn't), another that the Hue Lights we installed were staying in the flat for the buyer (we never said that).
