GoogleFoxtons have a reputation for being very sales-focused - but this isn't necessarily a bad thing, especially if you're a potential tenant who needs to get things done quickly. After a different rental agreement fell through, I rang up the Fulham Broadwad office to see what they had on offer: within 90 minutes I was in one of their minis seeing three different properties around the area. Found the perfect one which had just been reduced that day - put in an offer, the landlord was contacted, and it was accepted there and then. Needless to say we were relieved. Saying that, we weren't rushed or overly-pressured, and Alex (the agent) was very good with answering any concerns. Now we've moved in and are very happy with the flat, turns out the first rental falling through was a blessing in disguise. Shout out to Alex for being so on it throughout.

GoogleWe worked with Zaneta Nevarilova on the purchase of a house in Barons Court. Zaneta was a joy to work with. She was always available, transparent around the process and the information available, and brought in her manager James to assist where necessary. She was flexible and ready to work with us, in particular this was invaluable during a competitive bidding process. We would definitely enjoy working with Zaneta again.

Googlevery dishonest agency, it still refuses to reimburse me for my £13,650 corresponding to 6 months' rent in advance on an apartment that it ultimately did not get for me. So I have been in a hotel for 15 days with my 2 children aged 7 and 9 because I need this money to make another offer in a better agency.

GoogleAudrey has been fantastic; she is always available and, if not, she responds as soon as possible. She has sped up and simplified our journey. Every assistance is much appreciated. Upon visiting their office, the staff is very friendly and offers refreshments. Foxton’s service comes highly recommended by me.

Googlehi i would like to say thank you to Jeron Kamminga for helpping me look for a home ,he was very understanding of what i wanted as location parking space and the size of the place last but not least my budget , while visiting a property if i walk in and dont like the place i just say no he understood me and wasnt pushy or tried to convinced me to changed my mind like a typical sales person ,he was very flexible about making appointment for viewings he even offered to show me a property at 7pm because that was the only time my wife could come to the viewing . top esstate agent allways has a smile on hes face Ben

GoogleEllie Bowers is amazing. She is genuinely helpful without being pushy and really listens to what you are looking for in a flat so that she can find exactly what you want. I also dealt with several different agents at different offices and Ellie was hands down the best, I really didn't want to deal with anyone else! On top of her great service, I was really impressed with how detailed Foxtons is with the move in process. They really have everything covered and make it easy for you to get settled, which was really nice since I relocated here from Canada which is very different in regards to rentals. All in all five star service all around thank you Foxtons and especially Ellie for everything.

What we liked about them is that they marketed our house through several of their neighbouring offices, ensuring that the pool of potential buyers was as large as possible. GoogleI am absolutely delighted with the service received from Pippa and Neil at Foxtons. Having always thought they were a bit flashy with their retail fronts and beers and coca colas, I now admit it's all part of giving people service and making them feel comfortable and looked after. Everything has gone so smoothly and so quickly and Pippa was brilliant working VERY late after hours to help me find what I needed. Congrats to a super team and keep up the good work!

GoogleAs a landlord, I've used a number of other agents in the area and from experience Foxtons are by far the most professional - I would not hesitate to use them again. I worked with Neil Cunningham and Jessica Davies and they did a great job in finding me a great tenant at the right price in a short space of time. If you're a landlord and want the following then go with Foxtons... - High quality marketing material for your flat, both online & offline - A larger pool of good quality tenants - Motivated agents that will get you a good price - Hassle free online account management - all documents are signed online and I'm told you can use the portal to speed up your tax return as well All in all, a great experience.

GoogleBoth Isabelle Hirsch and Alex Fleet at the Fulham Branch of Foxtons have been exceptional to work with thus far. They both say it as it is, work very hard for you and more importantly deliver/exceed on expectations, even if unreasonable! I’d highly recommend working with them. I was never an advocate for Foxtons, however my more recent experience has been excellent. Long may that continue!
