Horrible setup with bullies waiting for targets to exploit in whatever way possible- A lot on the estate agent services in united Kingdom.Their only aim is to collect the money from both tenants n landlord.After that no responsibility. Can't imagine recommend them to my worst enemy.

GoogleI've had the fortune (or misfortune?) of having far too much experience with estate agents through viewings (too many to count) and offers (3 - current one is progressing but the other two fell through) and I just wanted to write a review to thank Fleur Marston for her wonderful support so far. From the very beginning Fleur has been patient, supportive and knowledgeable and has helped me feel extremely reassured throughout the process. My impression of the flat, the seller and Foxtons has been shaped by her work and this makes a huge difference from my previous purchase-to-be (different agency) where I genuinely disliked the process and did not want the agent to benefit in the slightest from the purchase. Fleur has been incredibly responsive (well past required hours) on emails and calls and has helped coordinate the efforts to make this purchase happen. Not once have I felt that my concerns were inconsequential or my knowledge was belittled and I'm very appreciative of this as a first time buyer. Given the tight timelines and overall stress of purchasing a property I can't thank Fleur enough in making this a smooth experience.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GooglePreviously would have given half a star. Having had a tedious and painful experience with Foxtons for several weeks, their new lettings manager Alex started at just the right time. He actually seemed to care about our situation and was extremely helpful and responsive; actually proactively chasing and resolving the issue for us rather than me having to constantly call but getting no response as had been the case for weeks before he started. Alex is exactly what the Fulham Broadway branch needed to steer the ship. Thanks Alex for taking away the stress and being really helpful!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI have been working with Alex Fleet to manage my rental property since 2015. As I am based overseas, Alex has been very helpful and always contactable irregardless of whatever problems I could be facing either with the tenant or my property. It is comforting to know that there is a reliable contact point within Foxtons. He has been professional and gives us good advice each time a contract is up for renewal. Your property is definitely in safe hands with Alex.

I trusted Foxtons to manage my property professionally. They found the tenants, collected commission (2 months rent per year) and management fees, and were contractually obligated to inspect and monitor my home. They failed on every count.

I am a landlord and have received very poor service from Foxtons. No communication. Have to follow up emails several times. Frequent change of staff. High fees and provides no service at all. Regret changing over to foxtons to manage property. Stay away!

Foxtone letting agency unprofessional team and agents. I have give the deposit for one house after 2 weeks I sign the contract and I recive call from agent with one responding: Sorry you are failed in bank statements. This situation si very stressfully for me and my family. I have tell to my lawyer to go back for this chase because his make me sick.

Also after the viewing Zaneta was so helpful with all the support to provide contacts of solicitors and broker to help with getting the best options for my offer. GoogleAmazing time with Edward Walton, he got in touch real quick, gave me what I needed to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible, especially since I was moving from France in these hard times. All around good experience! UPDATE: 3 years after getting in, and after having left the flat, I can only say that it has kept going happily.

Foxtons’s account’s department have bad ethical practices.The charged me as a landlord 3 years commission & after six months again charged me 2 years commission for the same property.when I complained they credited part of the commission but after a week they recharged me some more commission.As the tenant rent is deposited directly into Foxtons’s account I cannot do much about it and am finally taking them to court for fraudulent activity.

GoogleI contacted Foxtons in Fulham looking for flats, and had most unpleasant encounter with Alex Wojtkiewicz. Not only he did not show up to our appointment, but when trying to rearrange a new one he put pressure on us to immediately close a flat with him (when we had over 2 months before our moving in date), and made rude jokes about what we looked for with our budget (comparing that we could not buy a Ferrari with pennies). Thankfully, not all agents are like him. And, btw, we did get what we were looking for, but with another agency.

GoogleAn absolutely horrendous experience that has left us in shock on multiple fronts. Our property was managed by Foxtons who violated our lease multiple times by giving property tours without our permission (we walked into our rental to find tours on more than one occasion). They’ve been nothing but rude having left me in tears after our conversation. I’ve never encountered such unprofessional, rude, or cruel services. I will never work with Foxtons again given the terrible experience we’ve had.

I would strongly caution anyone against using Foxtons when purchasing a property. Our experience was deeply disappointing and handled with a complete lack of professionalism, integrity and basic transparency.
