GoogleI grew up in the country side in a family with minimal income,life wasnt easy, I didnt hv the priviledge to recieve good education, but I always dreamt that one day I will be able to move to the infamous London and start a new life there. After years of hardwork, me and my girlfriend finally saved enough money to rent a small flat , but the condition of the house was dreadful and the landlord wasn't the nicest person. I couldnt stand it anymore so I started looking for a new house, but after a long search,I dont have much luck and even if i found a flat that i like, I couldnt afford it. I was desperate and is afraid that i might either hv to stay with the toxic land lord or move back to the countryside,until I saw this agency. Honestly I didnt hv much expectation at first until i met the friendliest agent,Gaetano, he really did he's best to understand our situation and is actively trying to help, and he found me a house at a good location in shepherds bush and is at an affordable price, in a decent condition as well ,honestly, I cant thank you enough , Im so happy I finally found my ideal flat!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Since our first contact, they were very attentive and polite, swiftly answering all our questions and keeping us informed during the whole process. Fantastic communication and great availability from them. We spoke to several letting agents but without a shadow of a doubt, they are the best ones we have dealt with. GoogleAnthony recommended me a cosy studio with a separate bedroom. He and Christian carefully explained everything I need to know, and considering I am still a student, they negotiated with the landlord to reduce the rental price and advance payment and also furnish the studio with new furniture. Their passion, patience and honesty expressed me greatly and I took the studio immediately. Due to the change of moving-in plan, they even arranged me a similar property with the same location and price. I cannot be more grateful to their great services and support.

GoogleWe had a viewing with Anthony just a few hours after we rang and he was very knowledgeable and professional which made us place an offer straight away. He understood the needs of the landlord and the position we are in which helped us to create an offer that we felt good with. He communicates very clearly and open and he went an extra mile to create a deal between us and the landlord, always keeping us in the loop. Can not recommend him enough!
