I am very disapointed on our move in day. Nobody come with us to show us the flat. They just give the key and let us figure it out ourself. We expected everything to be ready such as a profressional cleaning. Flat is full of smell of painting. Everywhere is dirty with candle mark everywhere in the flat. Balcony is very dirty. Oven is full of sticky oil from the previous tenant. Private parking space is included with the flat. When we arrived, parking is being used by someone. They told us to use 1T. When we ask them what is 1T, they don’t even know what is that and can’t give us an answer. We try to call the property manager, no one respone. So now we have to pay for parking instead of having our own space. We required mattress to be ready on our move in day which is 27th Feb ( in contract). When we arrived, nothing is there. So we have to buy our own mattress We pay for the deposit and 1 month rent so we also expected they prepare 1 month ahead. Very stressful and disappointed day. I have recorded everything. Cannot recommend enough. We have had some frustrating delays due to an unforeseen chain but Emanuele especially has gone above and beyond. Extremely disappointed with the management service. Despite a written agreement to receive rent on the 29th of each month, the office has failed to meet this date for nearly a year. When raised formally, the agency's solution was to suggest I pay the full management fee in advance and collect the rent myself. A complete lack of accountability and professional service. Would not recommend to other landlords.

Jack is extremely rude and unprofessional, called to enquire and was extremely rushing, told me I would receive a call back from Emma, (which I didn't), I had to call back myself. Then saw another property available so called again with Jack answering yet again, and told me Emma would call me back. I expressed my concerns about Emma not calling back earlier and Jack replied with 'well we get 90 calls a day' which I would like someone to investigate as to whether there are 90 inbound calls made in a day, because that would be quite surprising for a small agency. Furthermore, I asked if she could call back soon, and he said she will call back when she's not busy, and I said okay, never mind, thanks, and he ENDED THE CALL - no bye, no nothing...how disrespectful can you be? Avoid this agency at all costs - I can see in previous reviews people have dealt with the same kind of issue.

I have been dealing with fletchers for a while in search of a rental property. The agent i have been dealing with is Narmin. Myself and my husband went to view a property and made an offer straight away. I had to keep chasing for a response from the agency as they weren’t reaponding to any emails. I then finally heard back and all details were gone through. Again its was so difficult to get any contact with Narmin and ended up speaking with another person in the office who told me would come back to me but never did. I called again today and was told they tried calling me ( never did ) and that the property was gone.
