I am very happy with the services provided by Vanessa Barroso. She responds to issues raised by the tenant very quickly, and at the same time, communicates with me clearly and timely. While finding solutions to multiple problems, Venessa is great at managing the processes and remains very focused and clear on the core issues. I feel very lucky to have her as my property manager!

GoogleWe had a very smooth and easy decision to make when we moved to our new flat early this month -- all thanks to Joshua. He was very good at accommodating all our questions and was very organised when it comes to managing our document requirements and whatnot. I normally don't decide for a flat right away without checking the place in person. But due to corona, Joshua was quick to provide us a video of every corner of the flat and also reverted all our questions about the flat, the agreements, etc. so getting this place was really an easy decision for us to make. Moving deadlines so that we could submit our offer to the landlord, going above and beyond to help with referencing difficulties and easy to get a hold of whenever we needed some extra information about the flat. GoogleThe agency is very professional and everyone is really nice and helpful .Christian is probably the best letting agent ever ( we have seen quite a lot of agencies before ) . He helped us to find the best flat for us . He took the time to show us many flat , to answer our questions and to give advise . In addition , Christian was really committed to find us a flat , until staying very late at the office trying to find solutions for us . We felt that at fletchers, they really care about customers ( compared to much bigger agencies) . we strongly recommend this agency.
