I cannot recommend highly enough the team at Igloo Estate Agents, particularly Reece and Abby who supported us throughout our journey. Buying and selling can be a complicated and stressful time but Recce and Abby took all the hassle out of the process and made is so smooth that we sold our house within 10 days of it being put on the market and into our new home in 8 weeks! From the outset Reece explained the full process from start-to-end, outlined all costs for us and never pushed us to sell with Igloo. The service we received was nothing but outstanding; the team were always reachable and constatnly providing us with updates, we always knew what was going on. When our buyer pulled out Abby was able to secure a new one within the hour putting our minds at ease. I would encourage anyone to reach out to Igloo if they are thinking of selling.

Igloo Estate Agents have gone above and beyond my expectations. I contacted them in crisis mode and spoke to Stacey who patiently listened to me rant and cry about how I had to leave another Estate Agents due to lack of communication. However, I needed to get my house back on the market ASAP or the house we were buying were gonna sell to someone else. Before I knew it, I not only had a wee well needed counselling service from Stacey to calm me, but my house was on the market quickly, professionally and smoothly. I then dealt mostly with Alan who like Stacey talked me through everything and had numerous viewers lined up in no time. Within one week the house was sold!! Even when the house sold Alan was still there to give me advice and explain the process to me. Nothing was everr a bother and Alan was only a phone call away to answer any questions, even regarding the purchase of our new home as the Estate Agents selling that were less than helpful unfortunately. So if you're selling, letting or buying a home.... Igloo is 110% the place to go. Alan could not have been anymore polite, professional, and helpful as was Stacey. Both Alan and Stacey were fantastic to work with on the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home. I had a number of agents out to value my late mother’s house and I chose Alan from Igloo as he was the most knowledgeable and prepared of the four agents we saw. Throughout the whole selling process Nikita has been amazing. She let me know when viewers were coming out and provided feedback the next day on how the viewing had gone. Now the house has sold, she is providing an invaluable link between the purchaser and myself, liaising with both of us regarding any questions either of us has about the way the sale will proceed. Whenever I have needed to contact her she has been extremely helpful and easy to talk to and if she is not available she has always phoned me straight back.

From the moment we met Stacey at the initial consultation, I knew my daughter was in very good hands. Time spent explaining the process and an accurate valuation provided at that initial visit. Moreover, peace of mind with the offer of the fixed price fee. This was followed up with numerous texts and calls from Alan and Lynn to update us on viewers, home report and notes of interest in the property. Both staff members were outstanding and I can’t thank them enough for their part in the house sale. A great team effort. Having interviewed 7 different estate agents prior to selling my house, it became very obvious after meeting Reece that I would be choosing Igloo to take care of the sale. The advice given prior to posting my Ad, was excellent and in the end, helped me to get the best possible price. The contract was simple and not full of small print. In addition I was given priority positioning in several major property advertising sites to help gain a wider audience and maximise potential markets. The whole process & experience from start to finish was exceptional and very professionally handled by Reece. He was always there when I needed advice and never gave the impression that anything was too much of an ask, but instead was very obliging and more than happy to help. A story that started as a taxi hire which led to the successful, stress free and helpful house sale. I am a private hire driver who picked up Reece one day from a property for sale in Hamilton. During the journey Reece and myself started to have a conversation about the housing market. Instantly Reece's kind and soft speech alongwith with his knowledge and manner made me automatically think about using him to sell a flat which I was thinking of selling but was unsure which estate agent to use due to the bad experience with another estate agents a few years ago. I knew Reece was the ideal guy to handle the sale of my flat. A few days later I handed the keys to Reece for the flat and completed a few forms and the flat then was up for sale.
