GoogleWhilst we mostly dealt with Alan McIlroy, the entire team at Igloo Hamilton were excellent. From initial introduction through to the completion of our flat sale was really straightforward. Their advice and swift turnaround to any queries was brilliant. Would have no hesitation recommending these guys.

GoogleMy sister and myself used igloos services to sell our late father's house. We couldn't be happier with their services from start to finish. Alan and the team at the hamilton branch were so helpful every step of the way. Nothing wax a problem. Woud definitely use these guys again. A job will done.

She put my home on the market on Friday, and within, what 4 working days, that is my home sold. Amazing service and such a high quality of a person!

Lynn and the rest of the team have been so lovely whenever we needed to get in contact with the office for questions big and small. Google1st class experience from Alan and the wider team at Igloo Estate Agents. From only considering selling one week and seeking quotes from various estate agents, I found myself last minute considering Igloo. Alan attended my house on the Monday evening after only asking for a meeting a couple of hours before. He came, survey our property, sat down and discussed his views on value, saleability which aligned with our own. He had come prepared having little notice, he knew the area, the market, our expectations and instantly gave us confidence and we knew Igloo were the ones for us. We shook on proceeding then and there. By Tuesday we had signed the agreement, Wednesday the photographer had been and taken extensive photos of our property and the signs were up. Thursday the Home Report Survey was carried out. Friday the marketing info was drafted for approval, home report received and our house was on the market that afternoon with our first viewing on Friday evening. The following week we had no less than 14 viewings with some 2nd viewings, offers and notes of interest by the second week, which resulted in us setting a closing date for the middle of following week and us accepting an offer. All this for a very reasonable fixed price that has saved us thousands in fees. I could not recommend Alan & Igloo Hamilton highly enough. If fact I did, when I told the prospective purchasers of this service, they then engaged with Alan with a view to Igloo valuing and marketing their properties.

GooglePlaced an offer on a property and never received a call, email or a message from the Hamilton office for 9 days given that I called three times and emailed twice……and when I called back was told the property was Sold STC. No biggie. But when I asked why they didn’t call or email me, it turned out they had the ‘incorrect number and email’ (Fake News) which was a complete lie given that I’ve had an email and telephone conversation with their negotiator and Stewart who answered the phone three times. I asked for this ‘email’ and their negotiator made one up! Absolute joke. What happened to integrity, honesty and self respect? Properties come and go but trust and relationships are paramount. To the owners of IGLOO, please get this in order and don’t make another client go through this. Maybe spend more time with your employees on your core values. ****************UPDATE****************** on 20/01/22. I received a call from the director, Janice, today and she assured me there was a genuine mistake in my telephone number and email. She was very kind and was genuinely apologetic which really shows integrity and offered to assist personally on any future properties. Thank you Janice for your call. I will change my one star to a three which is fair imho and hopefully to a 5 one day! ;) I’m sure of it!

GoogleVery disappointing, I personally visited twice but no call back after I called several times but Just formalities, no action, not single response very very disappointing, It felt like the service here was only for a select few.

GoogleFirst time on app first time doing email and I had terrible experience with hamilton igloo on phone call too view house in hamilton. As so as the lady heard I was homeless they hung up on me so I called cizten adive they told me too phone back which I did and after heated conversation there computers went down that was 4. Days ago 😪

GoogleFrom the very first phone call with Abby I felt at ease and we chatted, I had no idea things would go so well or so fast . She arranged for Alan to come out he looked around my flat and said yes this will sell no bother I had the photographer in and within 5 days my property was sold and for a good bit more than the home report read, I had no idea the difference it would make by going with Igloo they were marvelous and now they are helping me looking for my new home

GoogleWould like to personally thank Reece Whitfield & Abby Gilles at Igloo Estate Agents Hamilton, since Reece visited my wife and I a few weeks ago to discuss our current property and the options we had it has been a seamless transition from organising the surveyor/marketing and then going on sale, the communications from Reece & Abby have made this far easier than we would have thought and we have now managed to sell our property after only being up for sale for little under a week, would highly recommend Igloo Estate Agents, they clearly do live up to the reviews and reputation of offering a first class service to the client.

I have always found his extensive knowledge to be a huge asset and this, coupled with his friendly and professional approach has ensured that this sale has been finalised successfully again. I would not hesitate to recommend Alan and the team - all of whom have been excellent in their dealings with me - to anyone looking to buy or sell.
