GoogleI have used Klarico numerous times since they were recommended to me a while back, they have extensive knowledge of the property industry and have provided me with a 5 star service every time, well recommended
Hi Saj, Thanks for the 5 star feedback, greatly appreciated!

GoogleNot the most organised or professional estate agents we have ever dealt with to be honest. Arranged a viewing with them, they sent an email reminder the morning of the appointment to only then get there and the agent has no access to the property, no clue what's going on, to then tell us to come back another time. We cancelled the reschedule as we didn't want to view anymore for them to only then remind us of a cancelled viewing. Can't imagine what renting would be like with them, chosen to go with a different agent who were more organised and professional seeming.

GoogleI recently sought Klarico's assistance whilst trying to obtain suitable tenants for my property, which for a landlord can prove to be a daunting task. I cannot fault this company. From start to finish they were professional, attentive and tireless in their pursuit to provide excellent customer service. From performing thorough checks to the inevitable paperwork, every step was seamless and Klarico ensured there was always someone available to reply to my messages and queries, giving me peace of mind. Highly recommend as a reputable lettings agent.

GoogleI had the opportunity to use this service and I must say I was quite impressed with how efficient and organised it was. From advertising, to viewing, to finding the right client with thorough background checks, the entire process was seamless. I was updated every step of the way which I greatly appreciated. I want to give a special shoutout to Manny, Ali, and Sarah who worked hard and went above and beyond to finalise the contract.

GoogleManny Klarico estate agents, deserve a 5 star review. They were very professional, quick and informative, the communication was always present from emails to phone calls. I didn’t have to constantly chase or moan. Manny when he first came to evaluate the house was honest gave a good proposal to get the house on the market quick and get the interest flowing, and it worked! We sold our house and completed just as planned within a good time period. Sarah who deals with all the progressions of the sales kept good communication always had our information to hand, and dealt with all the matters professionally. The in house solicitors they referred us to WYM Legal Ltd, fantastic again professional on the ball got all our information and processed this house sale quickly and I didn’t need to moan or chase them either! Overall super happy, the outcome was all positive, we thank the whole Klarico Team! Highly recommend this estate agents.

GoogleThe whole team at Klarico are fantastic, really professional and always have the best interest of their client at the forefront of their minds. The process of getting a valuation and then onto the market was very smooth, we sold our house with Klarico within a week and the due diligence that the team did to ensure they presented the best offers to me was excellent. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough, especially if you are looking to buy or sell in and around Hall Green - they are fast becoming the go to Agent. I wish you all the best for the future and thank you for making the sale of my house so easy.

GoogleWould highly recommend these people. Had to sell my property and had various quotes from local estate agents. Have to give 5 stars to Manny for his advice on how volatile the market was, liked his approach on how much should the property be put on the market based on his experience and the property was sold at much higher price than anticipated. On the other hand, wonderful communication by Sarah who kept me posted at every stage of the process which helped us to exchange and complete with ease. Thanks UG

GoogleI had a terrible experience with another estate agent so was recommended to use Manny Klarico. I visited their office and spoke to Manny who had a good knowledge of the local property market. Within days Manny put my property on the market and it was sold in the first week and achieved the price that I was looking for. Everyone from Manny, Sarah, Asim and Aminah had provided an excellent service. Would highly recommend this agent very honest and reliable and go out of their way to putting the seller at ease etc. Thank you once again to the team at Manny Klarico

GoogleThank you to Manny, Sarah & Asim for their professional approach throughout the sale of my home. As a first time seller during this unprecedented time, the team at Klarico kept me updated at all times with the progress of my house sale. Even though this took a year (due to the pandemic) I was advised of best options, given support when needed and the team dealt with all my queries professionally. They took on all responsibilities and removed stresses and tensions when I was feeling overwhelmed! I would most certainly recommend selling your home through Klarico as Sarah in particular is warm, friendly and approachable. Many thanks again!
